AAC Services Heating, Cooling & Boilers

We were having problems with our AC. We called our regular heating and cooling company, who came out and quoted a very large price to fix the problem. We wanted a second opinion. Adam from AAC came out and spent a great deal of time looking into the issue (which did not involve the AC unit). More time than our "regular" company. He discovered things they hadn't. And was able to take care of the problem for much less. A true professional who looks out for the good of his customers!

My home has an old boiler from the 50s that is still kicking thanks to AAC. If you own an old home you know how challenging it can be to maintain old stuff. AAC has accurately diagnosed issues that come up, ensured safety mechanisms are present and working, and have been very fair with pricing. Adam (I think he is an owner of the company) is usually the one who comes out and there is a younger guy who assists.

Another company in the area refused to work on my unit and told me tall tales about how there was no way to repair my boiler, how difficult it is to replace a boiler, and of course how incredibly expensive it would be.... Meanwhile AAC took the boiler apart, cleaned it out, tuned it up, and it's heating just fine.

I did inquire about a boiler replacement because while it is still kicking, it might truly need replacement in a few years. Adam accurately measured the radiators and explained how the calculation is done, and what kind of system I would need should I choose to replace it. I can see that he takes pride in his work and cares about educating the homeowner to make the best decision for themselves, instead of just pushing a sale for the sake of a sale. I really appreciate that they make sure to explain everything and give reasoning for what's being done.

They did an inspection on my furnace that my home insurance required. They arrived on time. Took time telling me things about my furnace as he inspected it. Affordable and fair cost. They are now my "go to" for any hvac needs. I highly recommend.

I had a great experience with this company. I called them to purge air out my boiler system because I wasn’t getting heat to the baseboards. AAC came out and diagnosed the problem fast, got the replacement part (circulator pump) and fixed the problem all within a couple hours. My tech was knowledgeable, professional and honest. When I need service or an install in the future, AAC will be the first I call.

Called on Wednesday and Christina helped scheduling to next Tuesday based on Adam's availability. The boiler issue I had is not super urgent, which is fine.

On Tuesday, Adam came on time and helped identified the problem and fixed my boiler issue. The service call is $149, which I would say a little bit expensive but Adam is able to identify the problems and parts that needs to be replaced quickly.

That's what I need, would recommend to everyone.

I called the City of Madison Heights Building department to get a refer to have my furnace inspected and AAC Services were highly recommended by them. AAC was $20 cheaper than their competitors, and they were friendly which their competitors were not (on more than a few locations)

I called and the one that answers is very polite, friendly and helpful. We just had a problem with our furnace this week and I immediately called them at 8:30 a.m. and they were out by 9:30 a.m. and had my heat back on within minutes.

I highly recommend and will be using them again if needed (but hoping I don't have to only for inspections :)

Great job AAC Services

I recently had Adam and crew from AAC Services install a new boiler in one of my duplex units. I went with AAC Services for two main reasons, 1) they have an excellent reputation in boiler installations for many years and 2) I found Adam to be knowledgeable, extremely honest, hardworking, very cost competitive and a man of his word. They did a great job with the installation, cleaned up very nicely, as if they hadn't even been there. His office administrator, Melva was courteous, timely in processing her work and a friendly individual.

I would highly recommend AAC Services for any heating and cooling needs you may need. I certainly will use them again with any future needs I may have come up.

Adam was so knowledgeable about our steam boiler and very thorough. He was very patient and explained how we can properly maintain our boiler to avoid issues in the future. We will definitely continue using AAC Services and would highly recommend them to anyone!

Excellent service. Adam was prompt and efficient. He called ahead when he was on his way. Educated me on the care of my air conditioner. Reasonably priced. I intend to use AAC for regular tuneup of my furnace and air conditioner. Highly recommend.

There are "trolls" on many reviewing sites. Sometimes they just want to damage the reputation of a competitor. Sometimes they just want to cause trouble for the power they think it gives them.
