AAC Services Heating, Cooling & Boilers

I called for service on a Friday later in the day my air was not cooling. I called and they had someone call me right back and came out the next day being Sat. Adam came out was very helpful and polite. It was a minor problem and he fixed it and checked my freon it was fine. Great job and will call them again.

We called AAC when our furnace stopped working and they came out the very next day. Sul was the tech. He was polite and wore foot covers which I thought was a nice touch. He figured out the problem with our furnace pretty quickly and got us up and running. They were a little pricey, but i thought it was worth it due to the level of professionalism and honesty. We will definitely use them again.

AAC Services has been taking care of both my boiler and my AC units for the past year. As a home owner for more than 30 years, I have yet to find a more professional, thorough and meticulous service team. From scheduling, on-time appointments to invoice payment, AAC Services are true professionals and I highly recommend this company.

Called after hours service twice, The call center people were very much none helpful.
When the tech finally did call he was very abrupt and decided to hang up on me.
Very terrible after hours customer service.
"Definitely will never use this company again".

Bad News. Buyer Beware. Do not trust this company or its workers. Adam is the owner. Chela is the Office Manager. They are all friendly and accomodating when they sell new equipment.However, when getting repairs they told me dishonest things that I could not believe, so I thanked them and had a competitor come out. Competitor said what AAC told me needed repair did not in fact have anything wrong with it. Said my system was fine. They were always trying to get me to replace other items in my home that have nothing wrong with and are not old. Sad to see other bad reviews where the A A C Owner responds and says they were sorry and will use this as a learning experience. What a line of garbage! Do not trust A A C Services. I don't and don't want you to be taken advantage of like I was.

AAC has installed my air conditioning unit, hot water heater, and recently my new furnace. Adam is hard working, knowledgeable, thorough, and caring. He always does quality work. I have never had a problem with AAC. Also, Melva is one of the nicest persons you will ever deal with. She is very professional, caring, and I just love corresponding with her. Thank you Adam, and thank you Melva.

Had problems with my heater and cooling system they right away in the time frame I asked for. The service was great they were quick and flexible. I will for sure will call them again when i need them!

Great company. I've used them through two different buildings and they have always done a great job. They respond quickly and professionally and always fix it right. I'll never use anyone else.

Our rental property had no heat and the technician got there the same day. He took pics of the problem and then spent time with me over the phone explaining the issue. Thankfully it was an easy fix. Trying to find a good company when you're 300 miles away is nerve wracking but they made it easy from start to finish.

AAC has been servicing and helping me with my rentals maintenance for almost 3 years now. They are very friendly, prompt and professional. Adam understands your budget and time is valuable and, Melva does all that she can within her scope of practice to make sure you are stree free and your job gets done. Very positive experience! :)
