Growing up with window air conditioning units then being able to afford central air conditioning is an Amazing Feeling. My heat furnace was also changed out for a new one. Everything with this whole process was, smooth, not overwhelming, very knowledgeable, professional, timely, reasonable prices as well as the professionalism with the crew whom done the work. The crew for our furnace & A/C install were on time. They protected all work traffic areas to prevent damage. All the crew were polite and explained all aspects of the job. After the installation, the crew members did a walk-through of all the equipment locations, explained how the components worked, and tested everything. All work areas were thoroughly cleaned prior to the crew's departure. Overall, we were very satisfied with the job and would definitely recommend Flame to someone needing similar work and we would definitely use them again.

In preparation for adding a patio in the backyard we requested that Flame move our A/C unit from the back to the side of our home. It definitely required a certain level of expertise to relocate the existing connection through a washroom & storage room to the new location. Starting with Leeland, the Account Executive that helped us make the best choice, and including Matt, Travis and Dave that did the move. They arrived on time, they were professional, courteous and respectful of our home. It wasn't inexpensive but we definitely got our money's worth.

Mike and Teddy came to our house to replace our AC unit today. They were the most friendly professional men. They were so patient with my kids who kept asking them all sorts of questions. I am very impressed with both of them. The sales rep lee was also very kind. The service was done with 24 hours of being approved. Beware of Flame

I recently scheduled a $99 AC tune up. The technician told me there were multiple issues and that he would have someone out to quote a new system.

Had another AC service out and the unit itself, once going, was working perfectly fine. Flame had actually tried to make it sure it wouldn’t work. They re-wired the T stat incorrectly to so that it would blow fuse when started. Further, they admittedly broke the disconnect at the unit itself (see attached).

While I heard it rumored and had a feeling when they were out, after having another professional audit their work, it seems very clear Flame technicians are trained to try to push a sale at whatever means necessary.

It is really awful ethics and harmful business practice.

Completely happy with flame from the beginning to the end. Everyone was some friendly and helpful. My husband was home for the installation and said everyone was friendly and informative. When I came home and checked everything out, I couldn't believe how everything was left so clean like they were never here. Thanks Flame for the awesome customer service we couldn't be more pleased with everything. I highly recommend them.

Such a professional team! We had Scott Jagello, Justin Miner, and Cole Mockbee come to our home to install our new AC/Furnace. They took care and attention to everything they did. You could tell they are a very knowledgeable and experienced team who handled everything with the upmost professionalism. I’m leaving this review on behalf of my parents. My parents are part of the gold member plan and recently had their air conditioner inspected. They received a quote for an issue regarding their air conditioner. After the quote, they had a question regarding the estimate. When they called, they were told that they would receive a call back promptly. After 3 calls, they have not heard anything back. At this point, they are now having a different company come out and take a look at their air conditioner. They have been customers of Flame for many, many years. 11 years at their current residence and had Flame at their old residence for years as well. It’s extremely disappointing to hear and especially since they have been paying for a membership monthly as well.

Collin came out today to service our AC units. He was knowledgeable and what he didn't know, he knew how to find out. Our units were older and he gave us options that helped us make an informed decision. He was sincere in discussing my issues and I have no doubt he was giving me his honest opinion. I decided to enroll in their maintenance agreement, as long as he is able to return to do the job.

Great experience, very professional and helpful. Paul J came out yesterday to get my AC ready for summer. Tara has also been a regular tech at our home, too. I love the communication via email and phone to alert you of their arrival. They are respectful of your home and also friendly to your pets.
