We had a great experience with Flame. I have rental properties and the technician, Paul Jones called me before arriving to my property to give the tenants a heads up and after his inspection. He was on time and very polite.

Paul did a great job repairing our AC system. He showed up right on time and quickly found the issue. He got it fixed right up and made sure to give us some extra tips on how to help maintain the longevity of our AC system. Definitely recommend!

This company will lie to you. We called for an AC tune-up because their website advertised them for $99. The tech came in and was only at our home for about 20 minutes, and told us our AC was broken, leaking freon, and needed to be replaced. He then charged us $110 and sent a salesman out. The salesman tried to upsell us into an AC/Furnace combination and we had to request AC only quotes. Our Home Warranty company sent out a technician to inspect the unit and found Flame's assessment completely made up, no leaks, the AC works and does not require replacement. It took two months of calling Flame's office and sending them emails to get someone to call me back. The manager who called us was confrontational and aggressive, refusing to listen to our complaints. They offered us a $10 refund, adding that it was only out of the goodness of her heart because while talking to us she listened to the call for service and noted that we weren't actually quoted $99 so we shouldn't complain (it was on their website then and it still on their website today). The combative manager insisted the tech never told us anything was broken because it did not say it in his invoice, but rest assured if you contact them for service they will rip you off in anyway they can- even if it's just for $10.

Nathan was very professional and sis a fantastic job and explained everything. He saved our lives cause our furnace was leaking carbon monoxide and the heat exchanger beyond repair. We are now purchasing a new one and a AC unit for a very reasonable price. Thank you Flame and Nathan.😃 I recommend Flame heating and cooling to all of you that need any HVAC work or electrical or plumbing done. CALL FLAME, THE BEST IN METRO DETROIT AREA.

We had a whole house generator installed. Everything was completed in 1 day with 6 professionals showing up to do every single part of the installation. The sales rep helped us to finance part of the cost thru a Credit Union. Super friendly and very responsive. We just had this done yesterday so I cannot comment on how it is working, etc...but I certainly don't foresee any issues. If we do have an issue I am sure they will correct it in a timely manner. Great job guys! I hope I never need to use it but am very thankful to have it.

Our repair person was Anna. She was AWSOME. She educated
us on our thermostat, told us a better way to place our furniture so that we could get the best air flow for our AC. She was easy to talk to and explained everything so that we understood what the problem was. She located the problem-which ended up being a dirt encrusted unit outside. She took it apart and cleaned it. It's now running like it's brand new!!! She also educated us on how to keep our AC running smoothly. I would HIGHLY recommend Flame Heating and Cooling. Ask for ANNA. You won't be disappointed.

Great service. They replaced my 20 yr old furnace and ac. Scott J and Justin M were very thorough and funny. They explained and made sure I understood how use and how to replace filters. I have already recommended Flame to a friend.

Our kitchen sink was backing up along with disposal/faucet issues. I purchased a new garbage disposal and faucet from a local hardware store. Flame’s cost to install my new garbage disposal and faucet along with a drain snake was $1,038.00. The tech was here for 2.5 hours so, $415.00 was the hourly rate. Ouch. The snake attempt was a fail as they really didn’t have the best equipment for snaking drains so the next step was for another estimate to replace a small section of pipe which was an additional $1,100.00 but not to worry because they indicated they were giving me a “discount” since I had clearly been previously raked over the coals for the faucet and disposal install. They do live up to their name Flame, because I sure do feel like I got burned. The tech was professional however their method of estimating jobs is predatory. I can only imagine the naive and elderly that are taken advantage of on a daily basis. Thank you Flame team for the lesson learned, always remember that there are businesses that take advantage of situations and people.

Kyle contacted us prior to arrival. He was very thorough checking the various components of our air conditioning unit.
When finished he completely explained what he had done and the condition of our a/c.
Kyle was knowledgeable and communicated with us very well.
If Flame's employees are similar to Kyle then your company is in good shape.
