Today Flame has gained a new customer. I can't say enough about the services performed today. Everyone I dealt with from the office to the technicians were great. I had a new water heater installed and leaking pipes replaced. Mario and Joshua made sure everything was done properly and I was given a fair price. I'm now a gold customer and will be using this company again in the future.

When our AC suddenly stopped working, flame was the only company I was able to quickly and easily get a hold of someone to help. Tony came same day to help. He was great at communicating and came in a timely manner. He spent a really long time helping and troubleshooting to figure out what was going wrong. Also, he was really good at communicating and checking in to make sure I understood the situation. I really recommend working with Flame.

Flame team came on time and installed the AC unit, and now I can manage menopause hot flashes at night with ease. Thank you. we will be able to sleep great this coming hot summer. Excellent technicians. And great customer service. Affordable service. I will definitely recommend Flames to my friends and family.

Old furnace went out in Dec Flame came out that week and replaced with new one finished the same day mine wasn’t a easy job either 12th floor condo Tech Dan and his other coworkers did a great job Flame Heating and Cooling now does all my yearly maintenance services good company .

Tony came to give me a thorough inspection and discovered multiple problems with my furnace. I am so thankful for his expertise. He took his time to correct the issues and he explained what I needed to do prolong the life of my furnace. I am so thankful for everyone at Flame—from Tony to Sue who answered my telephone call prior to my appointment. Lastly, I had forgotten to schedule my annual furnace inspection. So, someone, from Flame, phoned me to remind me that I needed to schedule my inspection. I really appreciated someone reaching out to me to schedule the appointment. Flame’s customer service is second to none!

We had Rob S. out today to clear our sink drain. He was so friendly, knowledgeable and professional! As a new homeowner, it's a relief to encounter a skilled tradesman who explains everything in layman's terms. I had the pleasure of having Tara Wells come out to fix my furnace. She was very friendly and went out of her way to explain everything to me that was going on with the furnace. I’ve never dealt with any of this and she was so kind to break it down and explain everything in a way that I could understand. She felt like a friend by the time she was finished. I would absolutely recommend this company to anyone needed their services. The prices were affordable and service was outstanding.

I scheduled a 16 point plumbing inspection, which was very helpful. I was given quotes for several items that were close to needing replacement. I then prioritized replacement of my water heater as it was on its last leg and best to replace it before it dies!

The technician called 20 minutes ahead of arrival, arrived on time. He was very professional and courteous, provided a time estimate and completed the job ahead of time. He walked me through the completed job, and what to expect from the water heater and how long it would take to fully heat up. The water heater is guaranteed for 10 years which is above industry standard. I highly recommend Flame!

Flame is a great company, they have provide service for over 30 years. Kyle was out today for maintenance on my generator and as usual did a great job. He is very pleasant, provides great attention to detail and is a great communicator. I would be very happy if he was the technician that handled all of my Flame calls, but each of there technicians are well trained and wonderful.

Thanks Kyle! I had requested an inspection for my AC system today. Kyle Winter took his time to explain my system thoroughly. He was very professional and curtiouse. He answered every possible question for me. Very knowledgeable and made me feel that Flame Heating Cooling is a business that I can trust with my future maintenance and repair needs.
