Flame installed a new furnace at my house. That portion went as expected and no complaints there. However, immediately after the install I noticed that the knob on my humidifier thermostat, attached to the furnace, was no longer functional. The knob fell off/wasn't attached at all, so there is now no way for me to adjust the humidifier. I let my salesperson know the next day and he said that would be an easy fix. He was going to check if they had the part in stock and if not, would order a new one and someone would be out to fix it quickly. About a month went by and I never heard anything back. I emailed the salesperson again to follow up (we had previously emailed back and forth), and heard nothing back again. After a few weeks, I called the main Flame phone number to explain all of this. The receptionist was rude and told me I need to call my salesperson instead of emailing. I did that, talked to the salesperson, who told me to text him and he will get it taken care of. I texted him immediately, heard nothing, texted again a week or two later...and here we are about 5 months after the furnace install and I still cannot adjust the humidifier. From the start, they also said that inspection from the city details would be provided and all taken care of by Flame. I have received nothing about this and it was never addressed when I asked my salesperson about it, even though it is in the contract.

Excellent service. I requested a quote for a secondary sump pump. He called in advance if coming and explained the options. A timeline and pricing was also explained.

We had Flame replace our sewer line in October. Last night we had water backing up in our basement again. Flame was able to get someone out ASAP to take care of our issue. Even though the problem was completely our own fault (flushable wipes) flame was more then fair with pricing and even waived our diagnostic fee. I cant thank Sue in the office and our plumber Gavin enough for resolving the issue so quickly and efficiently. You should absolutely use Flame for any of your plumbing needs.
