Jeff Braun provided our AC maintenance. Great guy. Very courteous and safety conscious and mindful of outdoor muddy conditions and not tracking that into house. Very efficient and thorough - 1+ hour time. Made sure thermostat was set back to our regular setting before leaving. We have been using FLAME for 20+ years - purchased 2 AC units and 1 furnae. Great company to work with.

Will Robinson was the tech that came to look at my hot water tank. He asked me about the issue of the hot water tank and right off knew that I needed it replaced. He explained why that was so and was dead on about the age of the tank. Great personality and very knowledgeable about his craft. It’s good to know that Flame Heating, Cooling, Plumbing and Electricity has such great workers as Mr. Robinson. This is why I’m giving Mr. Robinson and the company a Five Star Rating.

Earlier this week, I had a new HVAC system installed by Flame in my home. The previous system was very old and antiquated. First, Andrew came in and tore out the giant, old system (it was the size of a small car). The team of Tim, Frank, Cole and Dan assisted with the completion of the job. They made sure that the system was properly installed, retrofitted, plumbed, electric updated and even upgraded the the pipes and connections on my hot water heater. Everything is up to code and my system works perfectly. The price for my new HVAC system was very reasonable as well. It was a very good value for the service I received. I also have a cousin who recently had a new furnace installed by Flame. We know good service when we see it.

Today, Carlos did a wonderful job. He came in and assessed the problem with my wash tub. Unfortunately it has to be replaced due to it recently leaking and its age. He replaced the tub and updated all of the plumbing. I am very satisfied with the end result.

I recently had A/C outage. I called Flame and they sent a tech named Jeff Braun. He was outstanding! Fixed the issue and went over all the details with me. He also gave great advice for homeowner maintenance.

From the first phone call to watching Jeff leave my driveway everything was perfect!

Things of note about Jeff Braun:

- Clean and organized truck (I'm fussy about that kinda of detail)
- Very personable, great sense of humor, very professional.
- No bad language (rare these days)
- Very thorough

I highly recommend Flame and if you can get Jeff Braun - you're in for a treat.

The agent who set up my appointment was very professional.
I would have gave this company 5 stars, however the last agent I had to encounter She lacked professionalism and people skills. I requested to speak with the owner, I didn’t talk with him personally, he quickly resolved the issue, which I appreciate.

First time using this company and I was very impressed. Adam was the technician that came to my home. He was very personable and knowledgeable. He answered all my questions and explained to me why I was having problems with the mini split system. I was very comfortable talking with him and look forward to working with this company in the future.

Anna and her trainee, Tom, were two of the best technicians I've ever dealt with. They were very knowledgeable about the work they were doing. They also took the time to explain exactly what they were looking at, as well as giving me a number of tips to keep my furnace and air conditioner working at peak efficiency. I will definitely be asking for them by name when I need further work done in the future!

Always a good experience with Flame. I got an AC inspection today. Fee because Im a Gold Member. I got a very thorough explanation from John Hawkins who did the inspection. After making sure my AC was in working order for the summer he explained in detail what he did and what I could expect. Work was done expertly as usual. Left me feeling confident and ready for the summer heat no worries!

Our recent tech Kyle Dreyer was fabulous! on time very respectful, kind, nice to chat with and beyond helpful with explaining things to me. Me and my husband have been flame gold members for 10+ years in previous and current home and its worth every penny as you actually save money and time with this program!
