Rob was the ultimate professional. He was very pleasant to work with. He explained everything well including our options on toilet repair versus brand new. He did this all while training another guy. I respected his expertise and seeing him be patient and kind with his trainee was great. They made sure to wear boot covers while working in my home and cleaned up afterwards.

As with everything these days, prices were high (new without install vs build out) but the services were great!!

Rob had to come back on a warranty call (not serious) and again, his knowledge and care was exemplary. Thanks Rob!

Very happy with my service. Tony was knowledgeable and friendly. He found and fixed the issue. He answered all my questions and gave me some advice and I appreciate how professional he was and how fast he he was able to get my furnace back up and running.

Flame Furnace did a complete install of 2 furnaces and 2 ac units in one day. Cleaned up and you would never have known they were there. So professional. Paul Jones came back to start up the AC units (installed in January so could test) and was fabulous.

The Flame Furnace, technician, Paul Jones, who did an annual inspection on my furnace, and a start up of my new AC system did a great job today. He was knowledgeable, efficient, and answered all my questions. I have had a good experience with Flame Furnace overall.

This was my first time using Flame. Tara came through the door as a professional. As she covered her shoes, she explained the order of her service--thermostat, furnace, condenser. Then, she educated me about how to improve the maintenance for which I am responsible--frequency of changing filters, keeping coils in condenser clean. Because of Tara's professionalism and attention to detail, I decided to schedule Flame for some plumbing work.

My heat went out after my kids threw rocks inside my furnace exhaust vent pipe. It tooks three visits to fully diagnose and fix the issue, but Flame was great about it. For the second and third visits, I was not charged anything after my initial payment from the first visit.

Flame has an online scheduling system and 24/7 call center, which is amazing for booking. They also offer 24/7 emergency service after hours if needed.

I feel like I got great service for my money and Flame definitely has my business going forward!
