Technician Alan Houston did a great job on a challenging task to install condensate pump and run vinyl tubing through ductwork. He came up with a plan, gathered all materials and tools, and took the time necessary to finish the job. He kept me informed at every step. Alan is another great example of the experienced experts who work for FLAME.

Flame always delivers great service! We had our furnace and AC unit installed by them a year ago and they came out yesterday for our yearly furnace check. Lazri was great very knowledgeable. In and and out on time. I’ll always have Flame do my service! We also used them for some electrical work to change an old fuse box to a circuit breaker as well.

Our service technician Nathan Wilson was excellent! We were getting an new air-conditioner inspection. He was friendly, and efficient and thanks for the great service. Just a phone call a day ago arranged his prompt visit this afternoon. He gets a "10" in our book, great job!

Installation was scheduled for Friday, November 4, 2022. Technicians arrived as expected. The incomplete install took over nine hours. Required chimney liner was left on my floor for another technician to be sent out without an indication of an appointment date. There is water overflowing from the humidifier unit which should not be occurring due to a brand new install. Called Flame 1 hour after the technicians called it quits for the day and was told that the earliest appointment would not be until Monday, November 7, 2022 with a 4 hour window of arrival. I felt that this was unacceptable due water traveling on my basement floor. I called back on Saturday just to get the same reply. This should not be treated as a service call as this is faulty and/or incorrect install. The water pipe from the water heater is dripping water at the connection. I believed and thought I was hiring a reputable company. This is by far the worst customer service experience. When I asked the employee when would someone complete the install of my chimney liner she appeared to have NO clue to what I was speaking about. Due to these issues I will be contacting the City of Detroit to come inspect this entire install as permits are supposed to be pulled, chimney liners installed.

Had to get my condensate pump replaced. Jeff did an amazing job and was beyond professional and courteous. I had put my dog away and Jeff offered to let me keep my dog out while he was working. Jeff answered every question I had and kept me well informed of my AC/furnace system. I highly recommend this company because of Jeff.

Mike B., Justin M., Scott J., Andy and James B have all been great. We have had a lot of need lately and it is comforting to have a trusted company to call.
