AAC Services Heating, Cooling & Boilers

My furnace stopped working and AAC was professional and fast to help me out. They got me on their schedule quickly and did all the good customer service stuff that you expect. Technician Adam was great to work with. Will call again!

We were told by a different company that the only option for our boiler that wasn't working correctly was to have it replaced. I was told by AAC that it could be fixed and sure enough I had Alex and Anthony come out and fix the boiler saving us about $6000 by not needing to replace it. They were very friendly and quick with their work as well. We are very happy with the money we saved by having the experienced workers at AAC fix our boiler. Wouldn't go with any other company after this.

I called numerous places looking for a quote for a new furnace, even had a couple people come out to give an estimate. Adam was the only one who knew what he was doing. With my generic description over the phone, he was able to determine which model of furnace I currently had and exactly what I needed to replace it. Installation was quick. The estimate was accurate and reasonable. I'd highly recommend.

Helpful and honest, I was told by another company I needed to replace the motor to my furnace. I called AAC and they fixed the issue for less than $100 with a small part. I use them anytime I have heating or cooling issues.

The jabroni that flipped my house did not fully install the brand new AC unit. Then, the jabroni that inspected the house, did not catch this. So I had an entirely useless AC unit sitting in my backyard. AAC came out and thoroughly explained what was missing and what I needed. Their estimate was over $300 cheaper than one of their competitors (Family Heating and Cooling). I also did not have to call them twice to get the estimate like Family, they provided onsite. They got out a week or so later and got the job done for me. Just in time for the 90 degree weather. Thank you AAC!

Just moved into a new home. AAC Services was very polite and understanding. Got an appointment right away. Sul was very courteous and wore slippers over his shoes. Explained everything so I understood and also showed me pictures. I am extremely happy with the service and they will be my first phone call in any future issues.

Ever since I moved into my house a few years ago I've had a small refrigeration leak on my ac unit and each time a company would come out, they would charge it with Freon and by mid summer I was back to having a hot and humid home. My brother told me to call AAC Services. They came out and put the unit under pressure and found the leak within 10 minutes. They made the repair and had me up and running within a few hours. I haven't had any issues ever since. Great work by these guys.

Adam from AAC Heating and Cooling from Madison Heights, MI came over to diagnose and possibly fix my air condition unit that suddenly quite working. I tested most of the components and connections and was uncertain of the problem. I knew one of the components was not working, but wanted to confirm with a professional before buying new parts. I was skeptical with Adam at first as he began his trouble shoot and questioned some of his assertions. Adam stayed patient and kept testing. He was able identify a short that I had trouble sourcing, and figured the problem was bigger than I initially thought. My compressor was broke. Adam saved me time and money trying to fix a few components that would not have fixed the problem. I appreciate his patience and persistence in diagnosing the root cause.

This company's service was amazing, called them, had a technician (Adam) come out and was able to find and fix a couple leaks in my A/C, really quickly, he even found a small gas leak in my furnace and tightened the fitting to fix that too! Had another company recharge it once before, and then when it needed it again a few weeks later, they told me the best option was to replace it, they didn't even try to look for leaks, just said if you have a leak there'll be more leaks probably, and it will be a waste of money (and btw my A/C unit is not old at all). So Adam at AAC decided to fix it and retrofit it to the new refrigerant instead, saving me from getting a entirely new system.

I am not a review person, this is the first I've done on google, so that tells you how impressed I was with this company. After the other company's quote and research, I was going into this thinking I was going to be paying thousands of dollars, instead I saved thousands. Thanks A+

These gentleman get the job done. They are so nice and don't mind my cats trying to help them with the job. We have use them serval times for yearly checkups to upgrades.
Melva, is also very sweet and will help schedule all the appointments.
We will continue to call them every year for our before winter tune ups.
