TERRIBLE Customer Service. Had to have them out twice in the last 6 weeks for a boiler problem.. My boiler just went out again. It's Friday and it's winter and they told me they couldn't get out to the home until Monday! Really??? What kind of company treats their own customers like that in the middle of winter? Sorry, we're too booked right now. You'll just have to go without heat all weekend until we can make time for you on Monday. Seriously? Clearly AAC Services doesn't care about customer service or maintaining a good reputation. Stay away if you are smart.

AAC handled my furnace issues that occurred at my home & has later fixed my AC unit that was causing some problems. I originally called regarding having a lot of water around my furnace in the summer. Sul came out and right away figured out that it was a frozen coil caused by a dirty air filter. He actually took the time to explain to me why its so important to keep a filter clean and how it actually effects your furnace. Very knowledgeable, friendly & thorough. I highly recommend them.

I'm sure AAC is a good company but my experience with them was sub-par. My tenant reported a water boiler leak, so I scheduled a tech visit and was told that after inspecting the tank they would call me FIRST before doing any repairs. Instead, I received a call after they did a "repair" with a charge of $140. That repair failed.. and their response was.. we'll refund you $60 of the $140.. IF you install a new $900 water boiler. Well, I thought this was ridiculous but paid the $140 invoice anyway (mistake). I then spoke to other contractors who said it's a standard repair to fix the plastic nozzle which was leaking.. and that sometimes people will try and "sell you" the whole water tank repair. Well.. unfortunately in this situation I felt taken advantage of... so, AAC will not get my business in the future.. but at least they got my $140 :)

Adam and AAC Services are Tremendous! My Elderly Parents (in their 80s) were sold a New Furnace by another HVAC company even though theirs is less than 20 years old and still has its Heat Exchanger (the component to be assessed prior to deciding upon a Replacement) under Warranty. Adam (the Owner) drove in rush hour traffic and out of his service area to assess the furnace. He found an Improperly Installed (by the same firm that Sold the New Furnace) Blower Motor, and a Heat Exchanger in perfectly good condition in the Old Furnace. Adam Saved my Parents almost $4,000 with his professionalism and expertise.

My sister recommended AAC as she has used them for both her business and personal use. I called AAC due to a water leak that was coming from my air conditioner and was under the impression that I would need a new system due to the age of my existing one. I was pleasantly surprised to learn from Calvin that the hose was clogged and he would replace it with a better hose/set up. He then proceeded to check my system and told me it was fine and that there was no need to upgrade it at this time. I was shocked as I expected him to upsell me. Needless to say, he fixed the problem in 30 minutes and was on his way. I would highly recommend AAC to all of my friends and colleagues in the future and I will certainly call them again if need be.
