Legacy air came out to my home today and gave me some amazing feedback that assisted us in finding out some of the problem areas with our current air conditioning unit and gave us options for a new unit, while giving us great options in fixing our older unit. He took his time with us and got up on our roof and in to our attic. I would highly recommend them to anyone.

I decided to use this company after hearing their jingles on the radio and seeing an advertisement for a yearly maintenance package. I was nervous as I am on a tight budget for myself. Tommy came out today and was on time and called me ahead of time to let me know he was on the way. He took his time checking my unit and gave me his recommendations to replace the capacitor. I chose to go ahead with the service and since I signed up due the yearly program I got a discount on parts. I spent a little more than I wanted in a perfect world but realistically it was not that expensive. If it saves me from having to replace my AC then I’m in. Overall I am super pleased with the service and professionalism of Tommy.

Our HVAC System preventative maintenance experience with Legacy Air was excellent! Scheduling was a breeze and their maintenance technician, Manny Rivera was outstanding. He's a man of great character with honor and integrity. He explained each step of the maintenance process and provided photos of our system that provided us with a better understanding of how our system is running and how everything looked. Manny is an extremely kind and patient technician who took the time to thoroughly answer all my questions in great detail. Once again, thank you Manny and Legacy Air for the top-notch maintenance and customer service! There's no doubt in our mind who we'll use in the future for all of our HVAC servicing needs.

Legacy tech seemed very honest, competent and professional. He took photos of his work to show me and explained the issues and pricing very clearly. work completed was: troubleshoot broken a-c, repair fan motor wiring, test system and power draws, and replace fan motor. I suspect that the price charged for parts had quite a large mark up (probably more than 75%). Other than that, I am super happy with the service, professionalism and honesty of Legacy for this job.

Contacted Legacy Air as my HVAC was not working. A previous company gave me a quote of over 5k for repairs. I called on Friday and Legacy Air sent a technician next day. Chris Ramirez came in, went on the roof of our condo and identified the repair needed. Came back, gave me the quote and repaired my condenser on the spot, for less then 10% of the cost. I had also requested a quote for a replacement and I received it in the same appointment. He was very professional, knowledgeable and did not try to upsale me. Even gave me information about their financing options. Received my invoice and quotes via email in minutes Overall, I am very pleased and will choose Legacy Air in the future. Thank you Chris for being an honest professional!

Tommy H was polite, CLEAN and on time.
I was not high pressured into buying upgrades or other services. He showed up took some pictures did the Maintenance he was contracted to do.
At the end he showed me the pictures and said he listed a few non urgent recommendations.
I reviewed his recommendations after he left and decided they were fair assessments.
Because of Tommy's professionalism an no pressure recommendations I called the office to set them up to come back for the additional work. I would of never done this had there been pressure or scare tactics others use.
I also want to say the ladies in the office were just as amazing getting me set up for both appointments (both are within 3 days of needing to schedule so I really appreciate the urgency of getting what I need done quickly too.

After dealing with outrageous electric bills last year and never being able to cool our home below 85° we knew we needed something done. Our home warranty company sent out several different people to try and determine what the issue is, and they all kept telling us it was fine. We knew it wasn’t so we opted to go outside of our home warranty and get someone ourselves to come look at our HVAC.
We were scheduled quickly. Mike came out today to look at our system and see what is going on. As we suspected, we need a full replacement and our unit is too small. Mike went over everything that needs to be done and explained it to us so we know what we are getting into. He was prompt, professional and efficient! We are so glad to finally have answers so we know what to do from here.
