Our a/c had gone out during a heat wave. I take care of my 92 year old dad and needed someone quickly and who was reliable. I researched companies and found Legacy Air to have the most accurate and positive reviews. I called them and from the beginning, the customer service was excellent (Thanks Leslie!). Legacy had Justin out to our home within a couple hours. After assessing the problem and actually showing me the work that needed to be done, he presented us with a bid. We accepted and within an hour, another tech arrived with two, temporary cooling units for our home. The day of install, they were early and worked until they were done with the job. The bid presented was exactly the price we paid, the warranties exceeded our expectations and the work was done well. The only problem I encountered was the clean up effort and the spray paint/insulation that was sprayed on my grass. Overall, I would recommend this company highly and have referred them to family and a neighbor.

Liz answered every single question I had about my contract as we went line by line. Liz is the reason I choose Legacy Air, her constant search for clarity even extended to calling the distributor for production dates on my furnace & A/C units. Liz explained the warranty process once all units were installed. Liz’s knowledge and professionalism reflects greatly on her and Legacy Air.

The team arrived on time, each member knew exactly what needed to be done and worked with absolute purpose!! The Team used care when entering my home lying down protective covering on my floors as well as wearing shoe covering in every area they accessed. The Team unwrapped my new equipment with care and disposed of old equipment once it was removed, installation was seamless. The A/C Technician even discovered a pipe that allows water to evacuate the system was missing. The Technician found that it was stuccoed over by original construction 21 years ago. He repaired it and got it operating correctly. They cleaned up all areas of access.

Abe Duran went over every detail on his device it was a very stress free process. We received a copy of our contract in an email 30 minutes later. The email came complete with pictures of our installation and QR code’s. In the email we also received a receipt of our payment.

My experience with Legacy Air may be completely different from others but, I found this company to be very easy to work with and very informative.

My first experience w/legacy- my furnace had preventive maintenance and is in great shape, according to the tech. As a former consultant to the HVAC industry, I learned about many firms operating on the model of cheap clean & checks and techs on commission trying to up-sell. That does not seem to be the case with Legacy, and I am thrilled I found an honest firm! Keep your equipment maintained- it really is worth it, both for energy bills and life of equipment, and Legacy's annual plan is well worth the $!

I called Legacy Air at 8:40 am this morning because my main air conditioning unit was not working. I spoke with Liz, who is great, at the office and she was able to schedule an appointment for me between noon and 4:00 pm. I received a call and an email around 12:20 pm when the technician, Richard Hernandez, was on his way. Richard was outstanding! He was able to diagnose my problem and make the necessary repair which unfortunately did involve going into the attic on the hottest day of the year so far. I've used Legacy Air for years and have never been disappointed in their service, professionalism or responsiveness. Both Liz and Richard were great to deal with.

My heater would turn off after a couple of hours. The home warranty contractors were out here 5 times and could find nothing. I called Legacy because a friend said that they were thorough and honest. Nicholas took the time to write a detailed report of all the issues with pictures so my home warranty company could come back and fix things. Some of the issues- rust, life span (it’s 25 years old), R22 refill, and inefficiency (7 seer) would suggest considering a new unit in the future. I asked him to price out a new system. He used all available discounts and rebates to get me an incredibly fair price on an American Standard 16 seer unit. I started getting estimates from other companies. I called Justin at Legacy to discuss additional options from air quality to alternate heating. Justin explained that they use high quality parts because it reduces my headaches down the road. Their estimate came in far less than competitors. Best price + best in class equipment + great warranty + kind and knowledgeable customer service = a clear choice to use Legacy Air. Install day was set for the next week. They installed it yesterday. They were quick! Miguel was very professional. He explained what to expect and the steps they would be doing. He was respectful of covid protocols and my house. Justin checked in to confirm that there were no unforeseen hiccups. They tested the unit and cleaned up better than they found it. I’m really happy and satisfied with Legacy. 10/10 for every aspect. I only wish I had found them earlier.

Great company to use! From the phone operator to the technician, great service. Hunter, the tech was personable and offered options. He provided detailed explanation of what he did and got my system up and running in a day. Second time I've used this company. They have a new loyal customer.
