Legacy Air is so much better than my previous HAVC company, the experienced technician that did my quote answered my MANY questions, and confirmed a lot of things the previous company BS'd me about which I 100% appreciated. The installation went smoothly, but I got emails AND texts AND LATE night calls confirming appointments, which I did not appreciate. The final inspection was late due to staffing issues, and unknown to me, or probably the technicians doing the install, when you hand the technician a check, it goes into a drop box which is only checked ONCE A WEEK, so not having my check cashed after a week a bit concerning to me, and this should be explained when you hand over the check. Also the technician had an old, cracked, SMALL iPhone that I could not read the terms on but I was expected to sign for, and that was a bit sketchy to me, but I needed a unit and was tried of dealing with people and noise and all. SO over all 4 stars, I would do 4.5 but that's not allowed. The experience at the end, took off points for sure.

Legacy is the Quality standard. It takes the guess work and stress out of ownership. They have industry professionals with responsive dispatch. They don't do plumbing but for HVAC are a 10/10. They are detailed in reports using pictures to clarify, explain or just comply with inspections or appraisal. It is above normal standards. Billing is easy with a email invoice and on file card and costs are fair.

Legacy Air has some great senior techs but Steve is Great! Thankfully nothing harsh was wrong with my heating system and it was something silly making noise, but it’s no longer making a LOUD noise due to filters being fitted via old fashioned means and I can be at ease with it.

My technician was Mike and he did an excellent job. He was thorough and explained the state of my unit clearly. He comes highly recommended.

Very professional on time and quick they had to remove the remove the unit so my roof was able to get replaced they had it done quickly also the office lady Liz was very helpful she was on top of informing me with everything as well as the techs I would definitely recommend there services to friends and family

They came, did the job professionally, cleaned up and went on their way. They answered our questions and were personable. Definitely use them in the future.
