Mike did a great job working on 4 thermostats installation. He connected all 4 common wires to each system in timely manner. Also was honest and down the earth. Turned out he lives couple blocks away from my community. Very refreshing to see an actual neighbor working on my HVAC. I would recommend Legacy Air to my friends and family any day.

Somehow the link they send me wouldn't let me do anything so I'm leaving my 2 cents here on Google reviews.

Legacy Air ... from my first phone call to Chris, the technician, coming out to our condo. I experienced professionalism x100! Received a timely appointment, text reminders, picture of my technician. Technician examined everything and presented my options. I would highly recommend this company.

Our furnace quit working so I called Legacy Air and they had an appointment available the next day. Jason came out and was excellent. He arrived on time, communicated every step of the process well and performed thorough work. I had a previous company come out before and they told me the repairs I needed were expensive enough that I should just replace the entire system and they tried selling me an entire new system. Jason was honest about the repairs and the repair estimate was half the price of the other company. I asked Jason if he thought the system needed replaced and he said he looked it over while he repaired it and everything was working the way it is supposed to so there was no need to replace it. Good honest work. Legacy Air will continue to get my business going forward.

We have been using Legacy Air for a few years now. They are professional, reliable, honest and competent - don't think you could ask for anything more. They always answer the phone so you can be helped right away. Our heat went out and they were able to send someone out within a day to check it (Sunday) and the next day the repair was done expertly by tech Abe! Just wanted to express our appreciation for the awesome job and prompt/professional service as always!

Requested Dave the owner to come out for a quote because we had spent so much money with Legacy at my office. They refused and sent Justin. Everything Justin quoted is apples for apples 25-40% higher than everyone else in town. I have 7 quotes. I guess there is no loyalty to those who have spent thousands with you if your Legacy. Steer clear of them and try any of the other guys that have been here 20 years. They are cheaper and give better service.

Jason showed up on time as scheduled. He explained everything that he was going to check. After his inspection, he went over all the different aspects of what he found. He took pictures and video to explain what he had encountered. He was able to correct my immediate issue and prescribe future maintenance options. Jason was very respectful and efficient in his work. I was very satisfied with the overall service that he provided.

Steven Fendrick was awesome. He was very friendly, courteous, knowledgeable, and a true professional. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all my questions. He repaired our A/C system fast (replacing a blower capacitor and a thermostat). He also explained all the preventative maintenance plans very well. The technicians arrived on time after giving me a call when they were on their way. They were very professional in their jobs and did a excellent job. I was recommended to Legacy by “Got-A-Guy” Handyman and I am very satisfied Legacy’s service.
In the future, if anyone needs this service, I would recommend Legacy.

I called Legacy Air for heating issues. They scheduled an appointment for the next day. The technician called a few minutes before the appointment and said he was on his way. Upon arrival Tommy began to work on the issue right away. I must say the Tommy was very professional and he wore all safety equipment While on premises. Tommy took the time to explain what the problem was how it would be fixed and how long it would take. Truly to his word my unit was repaired within an hour or so. The bill was reasonable and Was able to schedule a follow up maintenance appointment. Thank you Legacy Air for being a true professional and responding timely.
