I must say that the customer service was great. I called to leave a message since it was Sunday, but an actual person answered. ( That never happens). The air conditioner repair was scheduled for the next morning. Andy arrived and got right to work. He diagnosed the problem and it was fixed within three hours at a reasonable rate. I appreciate him and will recommend to my friends. Thanks again.....

Junior responded within minutes and was at my door 30 minutes later. He identified the issue right away, showed me what was wrong and provided me with options. Everything is working perfectly and my house is nice and cool. I won’t ever use anyone else! Honest, direct, out of the box thinker and extremely talented.

Thank you to Junior and 32 Degrees! We own a rental house in Las Vegas and were having problems with the air conditioning, I called them and they came right over. Junior called me and sent me pictures of what he found wrong and was able to repair the air conditioner right away. Replaced a Vivint thermostat with one I can control better and the problems started....65 degrees to start the day and no matter what temp I set it at the heater didn't keep up. Several trips later I am hopeful it is fixed. The heating and AC both were replaced this past spring...I did not incur charges. They tried so many things and finally today the circuit board was replaced. Hope it does the trick. Thank you 32 Degrees for having my back!

They were able to send someone within hours of my call. The technician diagnosed the problem with our AC unit efficiently and had a fix done quickly. The price for the repair was very fair. Highly recommend.

We recently purchased a house in Searchlight and have had the hardest time finding an AC company willing to come out to do a preventative service and WiFi thermostat install. I reached out to 32 Degrees, and while initially was told we were out of their service area, Colby followed up to offer to make the hour trek out (the next day, which happened to be the Thursday before Memorial Day weekend!) and provided a quote of the cost to expect.

Colby texted me the morning of to confirm his arrival time, and he and his colleague Gregory arrived at the time promised. They were both extremely friendly, polite and respectful. The install of the wifi thermostat was a major undertaking - the wiring was an absolute hot mess and they handled it perfectly.

I can't thank the wonderful and professional folks at 32 Degrees enough! We were without A/C for 2 days and still waiting on the landlord to respond is unacceptable. 32 Degrees was the only HVAC that agreed to come because we rent. Our technician Colby was amazing! They are honest and professional. He said there was no way we could not have air conditioning and came right away. He diagnosed the problem and installed a new compressor for us. I'll take the bill up with the landlord at a later time. Thank again Colby I am beyond appreciative!
