Mojave is hands down the best AC service company in Vegas. They've taken care of my units for about 2 years and are timely, professional, and courteous. They get you scheduled promptly and give you a call before they are headed your way during your scheduled window. I've had a few technicians (Chris, AJ, and Joel) over the last 2 years for annual maintenance checks and just a few things here and there to check. On the latest visit, I had Joel install two EcoBee smart thermostats and he went above and beyond. I would highly recommend Mojave AC to anyone in the Vegas area. Very professional and did a great job.

Neal was our tech and our furnace fan went out. He is the most friendly knowledgeable person. He explained everything to me in layman and it was easy for me to understand how my furnace worked. I appreciated your help Neal. I would not use any other company but Mojave Air-conditioning. Thanks guys it's nice to be warm during winter.

I had Mojave AC come out for a heating inspection a few weeks ago. Glad I did. Neil was our tech and did a great job with the inspection, tune-up and explaining what he'd recommend. While Neil was out he suggested vent cleaning which I also opted to schedule since I inherited the home. Last week Andrew was here to do the vent cleaning. Again another great job done. Andrew was able to answer my questions. I'll definitely be calling on them in the spring.

Had my A/C serviced by Mojave a week ago. Nick recommended I get the ducts cleaned. We made an appointment, they gave me an 8 to 12 o'clock window and we're here by 9. Rosa began her work and was quick, tireless and thorough. Real professional and pleasant personality. I will be telling my friends about this company every opportunity I get. Great Job Mojave.

Mohave air, came to repair my air conditioning, On One of the hottest days of the year, also On same day they were called. The technician was Chris P, I was extremely impressed with the service. The units we have in our condo complex are complex. Chris from Mohave air worked several hours on the repair. What was most impressive, he did not leave until the unit had air. Thank you Mohave, and Chris. For the excellent service.

Per the reviews, this company seems to be great unless you have a home warranty. They like to place blame on the home warranty company, but it is Mojave Air that drags their feet on getting the information over to the warranty company.
Then they try to throw extra costs in at the home owners expense for things that do not need to be replaced.
It's a shame, the techs that came out to our home were amazing. Super friendly, knowledgeable and took the time to answer all of our questions.
The office staff on the other hand.....not helpful, basically refused to get the requested information over to the warranty company and when I would call, they would blame the warranty company. I was on a 3 way call when the warranty company called their office 3 times and it turned out it was Mojave Air not my warranty company.
It's very apparent that they do not want to do home warranty work, so I am unsure why they even contract with them.
If you have a home warranty, stay away from Mojave Air. We are now over a month with no air thanks to Mojave Air!

We love these guys!

In mid January, one of our heat pump systems was constantly starting and stopping, providing very little heat. We contacted our Home Warranty company, who sent out serious bottom-feeding A/C companies in a month long fight to get the system working. After numerous mis-diagnosis and demands that we pay for services NOT covered by the home warranty and partial "repairs" that resulted in safety sensors being bypassed, we contacted Mojave Air Conditioning. Matt came out and offered some sage advice on where our problems might actually be. Donnie managed to spot the main problem - a blower motor running backwards. Changing the start capacitor fixed everything, saving us the expense of (as recommended by the other guys) flushing the system (~$1000), replacing the condenser unit (~$2000) or replacing the entire unit (~$8000) - for under $200!
It's an old unit, which really will need to be replaced before long. Mojave A/C will be getting that business!

Time to change companies unfortunately. No more free second opinions and the second opinion was an outrageous quote - $1100 more for the same exact thing ? How could they be that much higher for a motor replacement? It’s Too bad because I really liked this company for a long time. In addition charged $100 for the “opinion” so last time I’ll call them for a job. I’d strictly only use this company for air duct cleaning. Nothing they can inflate with that - and nothing to inspect prior - flat fee per vent. So that’s the only thing I’d recommend at this point from them :/
