Hal Mechanical always has very professional, knowledgeable and polite staff. Their willingness to answer my questions or adress any of my concerns with my heating or cooling systems are remarkably understandable as they will explain things in digestible term. When they left I have so much peace of mind understanding what I was concerned about was addressed or fixed.

Hal Mechanical is very pleasant to work with. They have excellent customer service, and keep clean and tidy work space. The new furnace they installed so far works exactly as promised. I asked for two extra items to be done and they did one for free and the other charged a very reasonable price. I highly recommend them as it was a great experience.

Honest, friendly, affordable and efficient! We had problems with another company (referred through your home warranty) and they kept scheduling large time windows and not showing up. We called Hal Mechanical, they came the next morning, diagnosed the problem and installed a new ac unit the following day. They have excellent customer service and actually care about people. Outstanding work done, value received for $$ paid. Their methodology, people, tools, attention to detail is the best I have seen in the LV market. These folks were recommended to me from other professionals -- I see why!! They reworked HVAC duct work in my existing home to resolve airflow and temp issues I have had. On March 27, 2019 Service Tech, Gus #871 called to say he was on his way. He arrived promptly and checked out each of our three air conditioners. He checked air flow and temperature from all vents. He was pleasant and knowledgeable in response to my questions.

Great Service. They were fast, friendly and tech was very knowledgeable. Was able to identify and fix the problem in one visit. They arrived on time and did not overcharge. Will definitely call them again.
