I recently had the fan on my air conditioning unit go out.

From the first call until things were fixed, the Infinity Air team was on top of things. The front office was helpful and efficient about getting a call-out scheduled.

Dominic, the on-site tech was able to come out the same day and get it repaired. He was punctual and professional and very good at explaining the repair process which was great for my peace of mind.

They took all the stress about my AC out of the situation and were able to resolve the problem the same day.

I hope to not have to deal with AC problems in the future, but if I do, I will definitely use Infinity Air again!

Jonathan was here and did an amazing job, he actually listen to me and respected my wishes checked the unit to perfection. Explained everything I’m glad it was Jonathan that came to my house great service, great job. Raul was very efficient when Jonathan called him. Raul was caring of the situation and ensure that the situation will be handled.

Dominic was very personable, did an excellent job repairing my system as David brought the replacement parts and then they proceeded to replace needed parts and restored my ac to perfect running condition and advised my of maintenance and future upkeep and timeline for my system.

Great company, great service, very competitive pricing. Bought a Bosch 19 SEER heat pump and extremely pleased with the unit and service. The installation crew did a great job - very efficient and polite.

Dominic and Colby came out for air conditioning maintenance. Vacuumed and cleaned all units. They did an excellent job and were great!

Have been with Infinity since 2017 at my 1st house install new unit. Newer home they installed new AC unit and have annual maintenance program too.

They are the friendliest and most helpful staff we've encountered anywhere in the valley! From phone call to compete AC system replacement only took 3 days! The installers showed up early, called first, were courteous and kind, and even offered several times to stay up in the attic so we could let the dogs out. They worked through thier break to reach a point that they were certain they could finish today. And you'd never know they were here. Didn't leave a spec of dirt behind. We can't say enough about the care and thought they put into fixing our home.
