May 25, 2022 - Rosa and Darryl came to my home to clean my air and dryer vents.
The called ahead to let me know they were on the way, showed up when they said they would, explained the process, and got to work. They took exceptional care of my home wearing shoe covers and cleaning up after themselves. They were awesome!

May 2020 - another excellent experience! Donnie, Spencer, and team were punctual and very friendly. But only are they reasonably priced, they took care to wear shoe covers and cleaned up really well after themselves. I highly recommend!

February 2020- I contacted Mojave after the company I had worked with originally wanted to charge me a $90 service fee to return to do the repair they said I needed. Mojave came it at no charge as a second opinion and charged almost $200 less then I was originally quoted! Matt was my representative / repair person. He was punctual, I didn't have to ask him to wear shoe covers, he was knowledgeable, kind, and courteous to me and my dog. I highly recommend Matt and Mojave.

Our ac went out and Mojave came out to replace it. They also came for regularly scheduled preventative maintenance care for the new unit. From dispatch calling to confirm the appointments and customer satisfaction, to the techs showing up on time and taking care of business, the whole experience was smooth sailing. Shout out to the whole team kim, Gerardo, and all the others who have helped us along the way.

Chris & Raul were very professional, polite, and on time. They laid down cloth protect our floors and cleaned up afterwards. The new AC & heater were installed with no issues at all. We highly recommend Mojave Air Conditioner.

Mohave Air Conditioning...
had the company clean all of the air ducts and vents in our 2-story, 4-bedroom home. Rather than use a large industrial truck mounted vacuum during the cleaning, the person who did the work used a smaller industrial vacuum that he placed in the center of the 1st floor of our house.

The result was that the entire 1st floor of the house, including all of our furniture, book cases, conter tops, paintings & other wall decorations, window treatments and the many plants around the house were left covered by a rather thick & heavy dust.

In addition the staircase rails, banisters, and walls were covered with the dust. They should've used an industrial, truck-mounted vacuum to keep our house clean. The port from which air was exhaled by the vacuum cleaner did not have a clean or dense enough filter to remove all the particulate matter before venting it back out into the house.

On top of it all they left a big chip right in the center of one of my walls which I don't have a paint match for. They should have offered to fix it and declined fixing it later when asked saying I waited too long (because it wasn't a pressing issue) to complain even though their employee acknowledged he did in fact chip it when I inquired. You would think that they have insurance to pay for the repair.

Terrible. Will never use again.

Called for service and was fortunate to get same day service. The tech, Spencer, called first to make sure coming early was acceptable. Once he arrived, he quickly assessed the situation and repaired our ac to working order. Then he checked his repairs to insure he had not missed anything, explaining to us fully what he had done and why. Thanks for the great service. We will definitely use Mohave Air Conditioning for all our ac and heating needs in the future.

Our OneGuard home warranty supposedly uses Mojave as a service provider for HVAC. But Mojave never called us, despite saying they had our claim record on file. I had to call THEM. And then they say they won't come out to look at our broken A/C for 10 DAYS! (July 20th)

So, how are Mojave a service provider for a home warranty, if they don't want to contact the client, or cover emergency situations?

Warranty procedures to get an approved work order then finding a company that could
Perform the work seemed nearly impossible…
Then I received a call from Mojave’s office Saturday morning. The tech diagnosing the issue was AJ phenomenal service recommend highly. Within 4 hours an entirely new Condenser unit was in place, installed with refrigerant. The installation crew of Omar and Xavier did an outstanding and thoroughly explained everything ring done also highly recommended!!

Mojave Air has always had a history of competent & friendly techs in my experience, but Anthony Silva truly went the extra mile and impressed me (and I know a lot of AC people!).

Anthony was personable, respectful, knowledgeable, professional and great demeanor around our children while working in my home. Anthony took the time to diligently test his repairs and be proactive for potential future issues. Couldn't have asked for a better tech to come out and get our A/C back up.

I've been around the industry for years and I try to recognize great people when I see them. Thank you Anthony and Mojave Air! I will also let my PM company know what a great job you did.

We had an AC unit replaced this summer. They did not hook up the heating portion (they were missing a part) and told us they would come back in the fall. We have been trying to call to schedule an appointment for over a week now and the phone number keeps giving a Verizon error message.

My husband drove by the office today - lights were on, 3 trucks parked out front - door was locked and nobody answered the bell or knocking. Not impressed. With the cooler weather approaching, I need to get the heater portion of my unit working - especially since it has already been paid for - in full - 5 months ago!!!!

UPDATE: The response to this post (3 days ago) stated that I would be contacted today (Monday, Oct 31). It is now after 2:30pm and I have not received a phone call, a text message, nor any other form of communication from this company.

The listed phone number (303) still has an error message and the different phone number provide in an automated response just rings indefinitely.

If I do not receive a phone call today as promised with a timely resolution to my issue, I will be contacting another company to fix your mess and suing you in small claims court to recover my expenses that you have already received for work not yet completed!!!!

Mojave air conditioning company is reliable, their services are excellent, and their employees are knowledgeable and highly professional. Cecil came to fix our AC and proved that the company merits all the qualities that I mentioned above. He came a few minutes early and got the job done in a short time.
