Thanks you to Cecil from Mojave air conditioning, our air conditioner is working!!! Our air conditioner was broken for the past 3 days in this hot hot weather. We had another company come out to assess the problem but said they weren’t able to repair the part due to where the unit was located in our attic. But Cecil got the job done for us!!! We are a happy family now with our ac working! Mahalo Cecil!!

Josh and his crew provided exceptional service to both me and my neighbor. A few weeks ago, my AC was having issues. I called Mojave AC, they were able to see me that day, fix the problem with one visit and inexpensively get my house cool again.

Just this weekend, my next door neighbor had a different issue with her AC. She called me, I recommended Mojave AC, Josh came over that same day, trouble shot the problem within a few minutes, did the repair at her house and she was cool before lunch.

They are honest, knowledgeable and fair priced. If you need help with your AC problems, you'll be glad you called Mojave to fix them.

So glad I found this company!...I called Mojave Air Conditioning during the hottest week of the year with record breaking heat temps, after my copper coils rusted out and began leaking. Mojave came out the very next day to diagnose my unit. The service technician, Rube was very professional, arrived on time, and was able to offer me affordable pricing without compromising quality of service. I appreciate that they didn't try "upselling" or pushing additional services on me, which put me at ease. They simply addressed the underlying issues and provided affordable options for my family. I appreciate their down-home approach to business, while making customer service their focus. Thank you Mojave for all you do for Las Vegans!!

Mojave's technicians just finished installing the new copper coil. Keith and Humberto did a great job getting my AC unit up and running again! I have cool air in the house again and my son and I have relief from the heat, yay!! I'm glad to have found such a reliable company to call on in the future.....Thanks again!

We called Mojave and they came the same day. It was 97 degrees in my house. Cecil diagnosed the issue and resolved it quickly. He also took the time to teach my son about how the important filter changes are. The house feels better already. Thank you mojave!!

Phenomenal service! Wish I could give them six stars! Of course it’s summer when our air conditioner goes out. We expected a long delay to get it fixed but Mojave Air were wonderful on the phone and they were at our home and had it fixed within two hours.

Called Mojave Air for my air conditioner not running properly. First time used this company. Cecil was my technician and I learned alot from this first time visit. Not only was he knowledgeable , he was also professional. He took the time to open all my vents in my home to get more air by going on a ladder in each room and using a needle nose plyers to pull back on the vent slots. Wow, what a difference that made. All the years I have been with other companies, no one took the time to explain this or help out in any extra way like Cecil. Kudos to Cecil at Mojave air Conditioning. I will be using this company from now on.

I'm adding on additional info to this review. Unfortunately my AC of 13 years could not be repaired any more without costing a ridiculous amount of money. Mojave Air Conditioning installed a new AC unit yesterday. Spencer and Humberto were my installers. They worked for 8 hours straight on installation which included reconfiguring the duck work in the attic for a properly running air flow return. This company did not try to sell me anything extra, they only cared about doing the job correctly. Thank you Mojave Air Conditioning Crew.

The guy that came out to my house was Rube and he was very nice and polite. He was helpful went over our options and helped to get an outcome to our issue. Needless to say they are coming to put a new AC on my house tomorrow. I was very pleased with the service and he was awesome and this company is lucky to have such a great guy representing there company! I have been in the customer service field for 20 years and it is well noted when I get exceptional service. I am confident tomorrow will be no different. Thanks Rube and Mojave!

My wife and I just bought a house in Henderson and the ac unit failed within a month after escrow closed! Our home warranty company One Guard quickly approved the repair and linked us to Mojave Air to do the work. It was just suffocating trying to work in the house with +115 degree temperatures!

The replacement compressor came in and our plea for help was quickly acted upon by Mojave Air office staff (Melissa, Amy, and Rosa) and then next morning repair work by Josh and Cecil. The two gentlemen worked quickly to make the repairs for 3 hours and explained in detail what was being done and how we can keep the rebuilt ac unit running well.

Besides their outstanding work, professionalism, honesty, friendly attitude, and genuine caring for our ac crisis, we got a very fair price for additional work we believe will forestall any more breakdowns in the ac unit.

We are delighted with the work completed by Mohave Air and would call them for any related heating and cooling work in the future.

My AC unit stopped working yesterday due to the 111 degree heat. I called Mojave Air that night and said they wouldn't be able to get anyone to our house until between 2-4 today. I was pleasantly surprised when Josh, our HVAC technician texted me at 10:30 to let me know he'd be over in about 10-15 minutes. Josh was very knowledgeable as well as professional and within minutes was able to determine that the capacitor was bad and replaced it right there. Everything was fine until...
3:30 this afternoon, when the AC unit started acting the same way - tripping the circuit breaker and shutting down. Josh came back again and not only inspected our system, but also checked the breaker, which ended up being bad. (He had to come back an hour later with the part, but we agreed to give the unit an hour to do its job.) I really appreciated the fact that we were not immediately given the sales routine for a new HVAC unit. We will end up having to replace the outside, but for now, it seems to be doing its job.
