Legacy Air Conditioning and Heating

Legacy Air replaced both of our AC units and furnaces. They were on time, thorough, and professional. We will call them again for any future needs.

I’ve used Legacy Air a couple of times in the past, recommended them multiple times, and was extremely pleased with their service, work quality, and above all, their integrity (they’ve fixed others bad work and always charged less). When my AC blower stopped working I called them and they had someone out the same day. The tech diagnosed the problem within 15 minutes, said it needed a new circuit board. After install, everything worked perfectly. I can tell you honestly, their customer service is top notch.

THANK YOU for being honest!!!! Our upstairs air went out. I called 1-Hour Air, they checked out my unit and told me it would be about $5000 to fix the compressor and new coolant or a new machine for $11k.

I wanted a second opinion and called Legacy Air. SO happy I did! They came right out. Checked the unit. 10 minutes later told me they already fixed the part on the compressor for $370 and that was it. My air was back on!!

They also checked out my downstairs unit and noticed some things. They answered all my questions about getting new units and didn't try to overbid me or sell me anything.

So refreshing to see an honest company! So grateful they saved mw so much money! Their employee was clean cut, professional, and well spoken.

on December 13, 2022 I scheduled a preventative maintenance for my trane that’s 10 years old. The company was very professional, but I was extremely dissatisfied with the service rendered on that day. My maintenance man spent most of the time in his car and taking pictures and sanded it down one item and that was all he did. He never cleaned anything in the unit. He never check the flame never check the blower.. drainage pipe, and never clean the ignition switch. after 10 years, I figured I would need a little bit more care and maintenance than what he performed.

I would definitely recommend this company. All of the staff are fantastic. Our air conditioner went out during the heat and humidity and they were able to fit us in on a Saturday and install the new unit. The technician was Miguel and he was fabulous. We also spoke with Mike who really sold us on this system. Thanks Mike & Miguel and everyone at Legacy who has helped us. The unit is working great!! 😊

Heater wasn’t working. Repaired faulty limiting switch and everything started working fine. Repairman was courteous respectful and professional. Always my go to company for AC/Heater repairs n trouble calls

The servicing was incredible. The level of transparency and communication was out of this world. Absolutely loved the details given about everything being done, considered, and the troubleshooting process. I signed up for their membership and I look forward to our future servicing relationship. If you're hesitant....this coming from a socially awkward nerd/recluse...Legacy Air is great and they are certainly the business to choose.
