Robin is awesome! I rarely post online but the Customer Service we have received from Pioneer Air has been excellent! If you are considering companies, you will not be disappointed. Have been to our home more than once now. Honesty and great communication from the Technicians. Thank you!

Landlord needed to get some heater/ac maintenance and here comes Emmanuel to the rescue! He was friendly and really respectful to the space as well. Even wiped down the area in which he was working in! 10/10 for sure.

Don’t use. They told my warranty company something different than was told to me. My warranty denied my claim. I

I am being forced to use this service by Invitation Homes. I have been without air conditioning for over 48 hours in 110 degrees. Rather than calling me and scheduling this company created an appointment at a time I have to work. I called them to try to reschedule for a time that I could actually be there and was met with rudeness and disrespect. Mario said they would rather just cancel the appointment instead of trying to make a time I could be there in these conditions. Then they reconfirmed the appointment 3 times rather than cancelling so I cannot reschedule with my leasing company. I called back before 5:00 pm (their closing time) to ask them to appropriately handle and was told they were suddenly closed and someone should call me back. They never called me back about the A/C in 110 degree weather..... There are many other A/C companies in town that care and will actually make sure you are safe in your home rather than being awful and pretending to be closed so they can't help you. I would suggesting using ANYONE but these people

Robin was very professional and knowledgeable and was here for over an hour. He explained what I needed to replace and the price with discounts available. The price was more than I wanted to spend and I need to talk to my daughter as to whether she can help. She's out of the country right now. I have used your company before and have been very satisfied.

My personal experience with this company was amazing. To James and Henry helping ordering parts and getting me scheduled. To the installers Julio and Ernesto doing the job right and in a timely matter. They we're on time, friendly and respectful. I waited a long time for other companies to come through
and help me with my heat but none can compare to how fast and how hard working all the employees are at Pioneer Air!

First of all customers service were excellent very polite. Technician Zack came on time and very knowledgeable about his job and very honest. Definitely recommend to my family and friends. Pioneer Air your the best!!

Great customer service.Robin came to our house at exactly the time they had said . He was extremely knowledgeable, friendly and professional. Robin also took his time to do the job right. I would recommend Pioneer to all my friends and neighbors.

Our experience started with Robin coming to the house to look everything over and figure out what we needed. Our entire system was 23 yrs old and on the verge of complete breakdown. Jason came next and talked about everything that would be best for our house, and within a day the work began. I don’t remember the names of the actual workers, but they were great. I can’t say enough good about them. Afterwards, Heather took over to make sure all repairs were made to our drywall, etc as you would expect some damage when they are pulling up 2 heavy heating units through your ceiling. Heather was the one person who responded every single time I called or texted. I never felt like she forgot about me, or wanted to just rush me through the part that is more headache than anything else. She contacted me regularly to make sure things were coming along and that I was happy with the work. She even drove to my house to reimburse me for some work I paid for on my own. WAY above the call of duty. Though everyone was great, Heather is probably the #1 reason I would absolutely recommend Pioneer.

We had an issue with our thermostat and Robin came out to our home and made sure everything was working properly. He found the issue, repaired it, and he even changed out our filters! We were so impressed that when he gave us the option of the Club membership we just had to take it. 5/5 definitely recommend Pioneer!
