Pioneer Air did a yearly check-up om my whole air conditioning system and filtering system. Joey came right on time and did a thorough job, checking everything, He was polite, professional, and took his time to check everything. He was very helpful, and even replaced the batteries in my thermostat, while teaching me how to use it.
Robin, did an AWESOME job. He answered all of my concerns too. I definitely will recommend him as well as Pioneer Air to others that will need your service.

Pioneer Air has been a great proactive service provider for our HVAC unit that they professionally installed a few years ago. All work is completed on time according to scheduled appointments and Robin has been very thorough and informative in all of his visits. Probably avoided additional problems down the road by getting the coils cleaned today. Definitely recommend Pioneer Air for anyone seeking HVAC help.
Robin and Emmanuel were both great to work with. They said they could fix what others said couldn’t be done. Emmanuel came back to make the repair. He cleaned up great and my A/c reaches the master bedroom. Yay!
Gd sales pitch, but went downhill thereafter! Wish I would've hired someone else. I had a brand new roofing/vents. When they installed the new Trane a/c, they crushed my vent, oversprayed w spray paint 4 a pipe w/o using a protective covering, & this is just the beginning. As I began to use the a/c, it was so loud & vibrating the walls! I called numerous times to complain, but the owner (who did the sales pitch), would not directly respond. A 20 something year old was sent to me, agreed it was loud, vibrating walls, but again, nothing. Kept asking for the owner to call & come by & he never did! They call for me to pay for a yearly VIP maintenance plan, and I tell the guy each & every time, but it falls on deaf ears! I have not run the unit at all except briefly for my elderly mother visiting because it is annoying. I've also have been wanting to rent out a room, but unable to. It vibrates & runs loud against the walk in closet, NO renter is going to want to lease it!!! Now, as of June 3, 2022, they came out to do a summer maintenance from my plan & was reported to me that the unit is running at 142 amps & not the manufacturer's 103 amps (or thereabouts)...which means my power bill is higher! This a/c unit was defective on day #1 and they knew it. I haven't even been running it since the purchase, I've been using fans! I'm a single, elderly, woman and they have taken full advantage. I was told this unit runs quietly, had quality, blah, blah, blah. And, furthermore, that he teaches at UNLV regarding his trade! Well, don't let this information fool you in the knowledge or professional department. Another major factor missing is being "ethical". I need help regarding this bad deal. Any help out there or suggestions on anyone reading this? I need a lawyer, but don't have the funds!
Robin was very responsive and was able to get our AC unit back up and running quickly. He was friendly and professional. I would use their services again.
