Robin did an outstanding job servicing the AC units Pioneer installed last year. He is very knowledgeable about what he does and was happy to clue me in on a variety things I was unaware of prior. (Particularly filters and the importance of keeping them maintained properly.) Pioneer Air hits it out of the ball park yet again. Thanks guys and gals.

Robin was very professional and we appreciated the care he showed in putting on booties every time he was in the house. He showed us our options on the additional items needed and e planned them well.

Zach came out this morning after our AC stopping working in a 106 degree evening. Not only was he very friendly and professional. He had our unit running again in only about 20 minutes. He explained the whole process during the diagnoses and repair so that we were informed of the issue and what was required to fix it. He has definitely earned our business the next time we need anything done for our AC.

I selected this business as part of NV Energy’s tune up program. They were easy to get an appt. & came within the selected window. The serviceman was professional and kept me up to speed on the systems check. A few hiccups with NV Energy program, but they made it right! Happy to recommend and will take them up on the annual maintenance packages

Emanuel, the technician, was professional, friendly, knowledgeable, and very skilled.
He added Freon to charge my system and did a thorough inspection and review of the performance of my equipment.
He recommended duct cleaning, especially since my house is 17 years old. He also recommended zoning of the system to maximize air flow and efficiency.

Highly recommend Pioneer for quality service, maintenance, and, if necessary, installation of a new system.

Everyone from Leo to the installers we're very clear, upfront, honest, professional and so easy to work with. They truly listened to my concerns and did an awesome job installing the humidifier!! Great company all around! Robin has been great too with the a/c and humidifier.

Robin our Tech came to do our annual maintenance and repairs. He so friendly and knowledgeable. He even fixes a sagging pipe at no charge when the another company wanted to charge for a simple fix that Robin did in seconds.
