I had a really good experience with Pioneer Air. They were doing a tune-up on my A/C. Special shout out to Michael King! He was extremely professional and very helpful answering my many questions. He took his time and didn't rush the job.
I would definitely recommend Pioneer Air!!!

Emanuel saved the day! He was able to quickly identified the issues we were having with our heater and he got it resolved! Perfect service couldn’t have asked for a more personal experience.

I really like this company. Barbara at the office made it really easy to schedule my appointment and she was great communicating with me when my technician was going to arrive. Robin, the technician is amazing. Did a full assessment of my unit and provided me with photos and videos of the issues that my unit had. They even offer different plans with great discounts. I’m really happy I chose them.

We just had our A/C and thermostat replaced at the rental we’re in. Our property management company failed to let us know about the appointment but we could not have received better customer service from both the techs Cesar and Adrian as well as the representative Heather. Cesar and Adrian were very professional and polite. My husband happened to be out of town so I had to leave them alone to finish up when I left for work. They went above and beyond so that I didn’t have to keep my dogs locked up when I left. They locked up my house for me on their way out and I received a message from Heather when they were finished to let me know things with the dogs went well and the ac was good to go. Trustworthy company with great customer service I will be contacting for yearly maintenance when we buy our own home!

Great company and the service Robin provided was top notch. Very thorough and explanatory along the diagnostic process. Decided to go with a membership due to the value and repeat diagnostics every 6 months, highly recommend to new customers!

So I found out about pioneer air from a craft/ home improvement show and spoke to the manager Leo. He was very friendly and answered all my questions and explained how their A/C units worked. At that time I needed to replace my old unit so I decided to give them a call and from the beginning to the end everything went smoothly. This is the best a/c company I found. Everyone is very friendly and professional they didn't give me any problems and they came out right away to address my problems.
