I have a service membership where they come out and inspect my systems twice a year. The gentle, Robin is always very professional and gives me information in terms I can understand. He's always on time.

Had Pioneer Air come out and fix the a/c unit on a house I was purchasing. During the repair they found another item that was broken (not included in estimate) the repair tech told the sellers of the house, who, of course, did not share that information with me. Upon moving in we noticed an insane rattle above the master bedroom when the a/c was blowing. I called Mario, he was sincerely apologetic that I was not told about this additional item and offered to fix the rattle for free. If the repair tech would have told me when he found it I would have made sure the repair was covered by the seller. I am very happy with the service we received.

Anesto O arrived on time and importantly with a smile on his face, the other employees get a shout out, all were professional and happy, they removed and installed a great quality air/heat havac conditioner on our roof...the best on the street! There was not even one issue with there work , quite as could be, cleaned up everything and worked flawlessly around my new solar panels..The crane guy was outstanding!, yes this matters when it's windy and he had to go in-between cars and cross a huge pine tree, he handled the crane like a feather..< I seemed to have lost his card, so you should give him a shout out!, we were highly impressed!!! >With that said, Anesto O truly made this experience easy on me, easy on my home! Called Pioneer Air for a second opinion on needed heater repairs. Robin was able to come out the next day, did a thorough evaluation of my problem, and was able to restore heat temporarily that same visit while parts were ordered. Very pleased with the service I received, and look forward to using them again in the future.

Robin was very nice and explained what was wrong and how it was to be fixed. He gave us an estimate and the opportunity to make payments.
Would we use Pioneer again? Absolutely!

I live out of state and I was notified the AC in my rental house “died”. It was 108 degrees and the middle of the 2020 pandemic and I needed to replace the AC fast. I called Pioneer and was able to handle the entire transaction over the phone. From the first phone call to the finish of installation it took less than 3 days. I was kept informed of the process from start to finish. I could not have been a happier customer, and still happy as they service the unit bi-annually. Can’t forget how professional and kind everyone was!!

After trying two other companies and several technicians, Emmanuel came by to look at the unit giving me trouble and quickly knew exactly what to do and had extensive knowledge. Professional, skilled, 10/10.

Robin and Joey came and did the heating maintenance for my ac/heat unit that I bought from this company 2 years ago. They did a great job, and I decided to buy another membership so that I can stay on top of any issues before they happen and protect my investment. With another Las Vegas summer on its way, you can never be too careful when it comes to the ac unit! Thank you guys for being great!
