Zachery and another technician (I totally forgot to get his name!) came by and were both incredibly helpful, kind, and professional as I dealt with my second floor reaching 95+ degrees on this hot August day. It turned out to be an easy fix but they triple checked everything just to be sure and I can't thank them enough. Highly recommend!

The office staff were very courteous when I called to make the appointment. Technician was very professional. Made sure to go over all the information about what was being done to the systems and the suggestions he had for fixes. Answered all my questions about what needed to be done to make my systems run efficiently. Definitely would recommend this company. Will be using them again in the future

The level of professionalism with Pioneer Air was outstanding. They were on time when I needed them and replaced my system quickly within a good price point. Any maintenance I needed they have come out and made sure system was always working at top efficiency. There customer service reps were so polite. I highly recommend Pioneer over any other company in town.

My air conditioner needed attention over a two day period. The 1st technician, Michael, was very thorough yesterday.Today Emmanuel showed up to complete the repair and I can't say enough good things about him. He was early for the appt, cordial, knowledgeable, and informative.

Did a great job replacing my old HVAC system. Even gave me a deal to come back for replacement of my replacement every 6 months. Sounds great.

Come the day for the replacement, they confirm the job with me. The tech arrives, was given no notice of the job, did not have the filter, and had to order one. While the tech was friendly, it seems as though there was no communication about the service offered.

Is it standard procedure to send a tech out for a filter replacement and not inform them of it?

A truly pleasant and professional experience. This is not a “rewarded” review where I get a discount for giving positive remarks. Rather, this entire experience, from start to finish has been exceptional.
The office was polite, thorough and professional. The service techs were on time- called 30 mins before they arrived- used boot covers in the home and we’re very thorough in their evaluation and diagnostics. The problem was fixed and the home was left clean and cool. Great job to Emmanuel and Robin!!

Excellent service. Less than 1 hr and the HEAT is on!! So happy as disabled senior I’ve been without heat for a few weeks using electric heaters all downstairs and electric mattress pad for upstairs bedroom. Now can use gas instead of electric!!!!

Robin from pioneer air is the best! He was very nice and professional, he answered all of my questions and gave me some very sound advice! I wish i could rate it more than five stars! I will definitely be using pioneer air again!

Pioneer employs well-educated techs who share their expertise with me so I can understand my house AC systems. Zach patiently checked out and explained what is going on to my systems. He answered my questions without pressing to sell. He explained what-if scenarios and gave me the best solutions. I’ve worked with other big AC companies but, I think Pioneer is best one. I can’t speak more highly of Emmanuel. He came on time and was so professional and cautious to not disturb anything in my home. I feel comfortable that he is not being a car salesman about the estimate he was giving. Thank you Emmanuel and thank you Pioneer Air.
