Pioneer Air

We have been using Pioneer air for over a year now. They are always very professional, honest and are reasonable with their prices. New tech Emanuel was very informative and helpful and thorough. I would definitely recommend them.

The gentleman who helped me, Emmanuel, was amazing. He was really friendly and really knowledgeable. If I were his company, I would give him a raise and/promotion right away because you don’t want to lose great employees like that. 100% rating for Emmanuel!

Had some repairs done to our AC system. The tech, Robin was very competent, and thorough. He took video of the system as it worked, showing the read outs on his meters, and easily explained things for this dinosaur. He's very professional, and the repairs were done during the same visit. We think it extended the working of our AC system.

Robin came out to do a leak detection at my place, a service some other HVAC companies won’t even do. He arrived within the window I was given and was courteous and professional. More than anything I loved that he talked to me like a real person and not just another potential sale. Everything was sufficiently explained and the prices were reasonable. I would recommend Pioneer Air to anybody who needs their HVAC looked at!!!

My a/c went out on the worse night ever when I was feeling miserable after my 2nd Covid vaccination. I have 2 special needs dogs and went into a panic.
I called one of my friends who recommended Pioneer Air and he called them for me. I got a call back immediately.
A technician came out the next day to evaluate my unit. Because my unit was over 22 years old, I decided instead of repairing it, that I would replace it. I didn't want to take a chance that my unit would go out again while I was at work and my babies were home.
Pioneer Air is so amazing that they were able to install the very next day.
My prayers were answered!!!🙏
Pioneer Air has the BEST financing in town!!!
Their technicians worked their tail off too!!!
When they said that they would be at my house at 8am, they were here at 8am on the nose!!!
One week later and I still don't regret my decision!!!
My only regret is that I didn't replace my unit sooner.

I love that they don't treat you just as just a customer, but more like their family. 😊

I still want to express my appreciation and gratitude towards Pioneer Air.
They are always on their Top Game to make sure that maintenance is done regularly and reaches out to you to get it scheduled.
Yesterday, Michael King came by to service my unit.
As always, he was on time, courteous and professional. There was a small problem with my unit and he didn't have the part in his truck.
He said that he would be back at 7:30 in the morning. 7:30am sharp! He was here and took care of the issue.
I will always highly recommend Pioneer Air!🤩

Robin and Joey were very professional in their visit to my home. They arrived on-time, were very effective in servicing our furnace and pointed out a few issues that need to be addressed and replaced. Would definitely recommend using Pioneer Air!

I originally just want this company come to evaluate why I have so much white chalky dust build up.
Mr Robin did a thorough cleaning on AC compressor outside first. And he went to the attic and found out the humidifier was installed with AC unit quite sometime back. He took several videos to show me the age and dirt build up around the unit. Anyway, I am convinced that after 22 years use of the current AC unit ,I do need a new AC installed. Mr Robin did a great job. I will recommend him to my friends.

My parents recently had their heater go out. Since they're older, they trusted me to help them out. I called one of those big AC companies you might "hear on the radio" all the time. The technician that came out seemed nice, but it always felt like his intention was to sell a new HVAC unit versus try to offer a reasonable repair. I didn't feel comfortable so I opted for a second opinion.

Next, I found and called Pioneer Air. The technician that came out diagnosed my unit and told me that with a couple of repairs (parts) and maintenance, I could get a lot more years out of my equipment. My parents and I felt comfortable with his assessment and pricing and moved forward with the recommendations. Our heater has regained functionality and now works just find.

We're extremely pleased we called Pioneer Air. If you need an HVAC Company to trust, give Pioneer Air a try! As you'll see, my 5-Star testimony is only one of many for this business, and I imagine Pioneer Air will earn many more. Keep up the great work!

They did a fantastic job at servicing my AC unit! Zach Aldridge did a fantastic job! He was very polite and worked very efficiently! I would definitely come for any heating and air need!

Robin was great and very helpful! He seems to be knowledgeable and enjoy what he does. I also appreciated him wearing shoe covers in my house!
