Kevin was service technician. Very young but new his job he was great. Checked my ac and heating and duct system showed me duct work needed having some one come to fix next week. Thank you for your good service.

David was a bit past time range given however not a problem this time. That said, he was friendly and courteous. Very knowledgeable about our two different units; a York which was original to our 20-yr old house and a Trane which was replaced by previous owner in 2018. We bought this house last year. His observations and honest opinion provided us comfort and information on what we could expect in the near future. We appreciated his advice and recommendations and glad he was here.

Mr. Chad Jimmerson delivered excellent customer service. He explained in detail what needs to be done and clearly answered my questions and concerns. Needless to say, I am a very happy Goettl customer and wanted to share my very pleasant experience with the company. I am carpenter by trade paid them $89 dollars for scam quote of $4600 dollars. Ask the technician Paul. How long to do the job he said 2 hours. The job entailed going 25 ft with pix to connect pix to my kitchen faucet. Everything was done for them the drywall was cut ,holes drilled through the rafters. Told them the copper pipe they were replacing did not even need to be removed. Paul asked me how much do you think to do the job ? Told him there is not even $100 dollars of materials needed and 3 hours at a reasonable rate of $ 150 puts you at around $600 . He said that’s what I thought you would say. Paid $89 service call fee for diagnostic.
Determined I have refrigerant leak somewhere in the system. Would’ve been $500 service fee to search and pinpoint where the leak is coming from. At that moment, & as a courtesy the technician charged up my AC with refrigerant (supplied by myself, R22)
Technician seemed to always funnel the sales pitch to simply buy a whole new AC unit, roughly 16K - 21K for replacement… Their charge for doing the repair needed was roughly $1,400 (find refrigerant leak and perform repair) to replace the entire AC unit the technician was eager to do the job today on the spot no issues in scheduling… if I had opted to go the route of finding the leak and perform the repair, scheduling would’ve been in the next two days. I decided to go with another AC company. Did get several quotes, GOETTL was most expensive in every service quoted, from 33% - 100% more costly than competitors.

I was not happy with the sales person and it was not disclosed that I would have a fee for the quote. You should really advise people not to ask about someone's marital status or ask if there's another decision maker in the home.
Questions should be worded differently.
Are you the homeowner able to make decisions would have sufficed.
After multiple quotes your company was almost 4-5x more expensive than the other licensed and bonded companies in town

The Service Tech Jhun arrived on time and was very professional. He invited me on the roof to show me firsthand the issues my older system had and the difficulties it faced being an older system in this climate. He made reasonable recommendations, and I never once felt presured into a sale.

Installation of new system is a mess and not done professionally. Many items needed repaired, I will update posting after I get someone to call me back. Same Goettl individuals came back out which was awkward and 10 minutes of arguing because they didn’t want to fixed botched install. They didn't have a clue on the issues with cutting bridge bracing on trusses. Not cleaning drain pan and still a 90 degree on flex gas pipe which it will restrict gas flow. 5/17 , once you need repair it is impossible to get a Goettl service or support person to speak with or return a call. 5/31 Goettl failed inspection have to come back to repair for a third time. 6/9 still not contact about fail inspection. 7/11 system has broken worked for 2 months only. 7/11 evening Goettl repaired and 7/18 Goettl made final repairs to all issues only took two months and many calls. Inspection is only item left.

Milton from Goettl Plumbing was a huge help fixing a leaking toilet and we toting us up to install a water softener. Very knowledgeable and friendly and a huge asset to the company.
