Our tech, Christian was friendly and very knowledgeable. He was able to walk me through the entire process in a way that I understood what I was paying for and how to maintain proper upkeep. Price was a little high, but it was worth not having to do it myself. Would 100% recommend them to anyone in the valley

The dispatch office called to confirm and to ask if the tech could arrive, get this...early!! That was awesome! Tech was professional, explained what needed to be done. Gave me options and we did the job. Very professional. Jose Vera is a great technician and I would have him back for any plumbing projects. He was the best!

On April 18 I scheduled both a plumbing and A/C inspection.
The plumbing inspection was scheduled for May 12 at 0800 to 1200; the A/C inspection was scheduled for the same day at 1230 to 1500. The plumbing inspection was done, the A/C inspection was rescheduled for June 5 at 1430 to 1730. The reschedule reason given was that there was a tremendous call for service from people who didn’t have A/C. I reluctantly gave my assent. I was GUARANTEED that you would NEVER cancel the next appointment.
I received this text at 1600 the day of the second scheduled A/C service (for the 1430 to 1730 appointment on 5 June):
Thank you for choosing Goettl Air Conditioning & Plumbing. You are next in line; however, our previous appointments are taking a bit longer than expected. For this reason, we ask for your patience and understanding. Don't feel like you need to wait around all day, because we'll make sure to let you know when we're on the way! We'll reach out via phone or text 30 to 45 minutes before our technicians arrive.
At 1910 I sent this text:
“Do you have a ballpark timeframe of when the technician will show up for my 2:30 to 5:30 appointment?
Sunset is in 45 minutes . . . ?”
I received a telephone call from a manager (?) telling me that the technician was overwhelmed with work and would be here very late. When pressed, he said that it would be after 2200. I said that I would be up until 0100 and to send him out. He then retracted his statement and canceled the service. He set an appointment for 0830 to 1100 the next morning, said he would credit my account with $50 and would notify management of my dissatisfaction.
Today I would grade your A/C technician as a 9 (and also your plumbing technician), but because of your scheduling SNAFU I would grade Goettl as a 2: I would NOT recommend you to my friends. You lied to me about (1) never rescheduling me and (2) your manager originally stated he would send a technician late (2200 or so) and then retracted his offer when I agreed to it, and you also failed to live up to your SADIE membership guarantee of priority service.

My Unit is really old and they are doing the best to keep it up-to-date however it is now time to get a new air conditioning and they are trying to help me. The advice he give me. I can accept it but financially I can't afford it. I am going to look into some programs that can help get an affordable unit.. Or some help to keep my unit working

Ford was extremely friendly and helpful. I love a service that will take the time to really break down all your options be transparent with the concerns and offer any solutions that could be viable with all of the prices so you can make an informed decision. Ford was great at this and I appreciated his understanding and willingness to walk me through everything. If the service continues like this I am very excited to continue working with this company!!
