Goettl Air Conditioning and Plumbing Las Vegas

Had a little issue with my AC on Saturday evening. Being that it's 4th of July weekend, I was fearing the worst. Luckily, I got sent to Tim when I called in, and he got me set up with a next-day appointment, and a service appointment for down the road. Update: Matt came out and diagnosed the problem, fixed it and now the AC is strong again! Thanks everyone! Always great service!

Called Goettl Plumbing for the first time after seeing their commercials on TV for so long. Plumber showed up on time and was very professional. Solved our plumbing issue pretty quickly and sanitized & cleaned the work area.

Our tech Andrew Douglas came out today and let me just tell you that we had the best experience with him! Not only did he take his time to go over our plumbing issues, he also made sure we understood everything that was going on with our pipes. He helped us with our next steps to repair and just overall the company and himself have been a pleasure to work with! I recommend them for any needs you should have!

We have had this company for many years and they came today to service the AC and they did absolutely nothing. He spent most of his time sitting in his truck. He was milking it because the company told him to. We called and complained to them because they always cancel the appointments that we have made. When we had a service man before they hosed out the screens in side the AC unit. This serviceman did nothing. He was very nice only because the company told him to be nice. Every time we looked out the window he was sitting inside his truck. He was here for 45 minutes and did absolutely nothing. We told him he did not need to go into the attic as we already had 20 inches of insulation installed. We pay you $200 a year for servicing our AC and they call and cancel us and send a guy out here to sit in his truck and take a few pictures.

Who knew Goettl also handles plumbing issues! Normally I don't write reviews but the team did a great job helping us out that I have to give them shout out.

When we noticed a water spot above our living room, we contacted them. Even though they were busy, the service rep understood the urgency and got someone to the house within a couple of days. Brennan figured out the issue immediately, and along with John, helped us get great pricing for the job - to fix a drain leak because the home builder didn't do a good job inspecting their work (house was brand new and we had only lived in it 4 years). It was late at night but Brennan coordinated with John and his team to get the work scheduled and completed within the week.

Mark and David arrived early the next day. They were were not troubled by my many questions. David even offered to vacuum the carpet even though there was only a few specks of drywall on the ground. David definitely earned his title as the "zealous comedian"!

Everyone we interacted with at Goettl were of the same mindset, solutions based, and provided exceptional customer service. We really appreciated this and will definitely use them in the future.

Did not offer options for a broken valve on my homes manifold system. Simply went straight for replumbing the entire house!!!! Wanted us to move out of the house for 2-3 weeks! Talking about putting holes in walls, jack hammering the slab out, holes in custom cabinets!!! $34K!!!!
Even though if you Google manifolds you can order them!!! For under $350!!!
And the other two places that came out would order the parts, and would take 5-8 hours to fix at a fraction of the cost!!!
Sad a large nationwide company is not worried about anything except commission!!!
Stay away from Goettl!!!

PS did not wear booties in house or offer the free flashlight!

PSS they did offer to cut a discount if we put in a water filtration system!!! $$$$$$$!!

We called Goettl to inspect and repair our water heater which decided to leak everywhere. The repairman was awesome, performed the fix and got us set up with their Sadie program...part of which is a free flood inspection which includes a water heater flush out. We set up the inspection for April 13, between noon and 4pm. They sent a text stating I would be getting another text about 30 min before the tech showed up. At about 4:30pm I called and the office lady said the notes on my file stated I was CALLED earlier and because I didn't answer they didn't show up. I assured her we were home all afternoon, with cell phone in hand, and we had NO CALL, NO TEXT, NO communication of any kind from anyone at their company. It was an OUTRIGHT LIE. It's been rescheduled for later this month but I'm not holding my breath. We rearranged our schedule to be here waiting all afternoon just for a no-show and to do it all over again. I also asked to speak to a manager, but was told they would have to request it and I would get a call the next day. Never happened. I do not see us staying with this company. A no show is one thing, but to lie about it is another. Just bad business.

Called them for a diagnostic and they told me the motor in my A/C motor motor was bad. They tried to sell me a new $15k system. They’re like car salesman. I didn’t believe them so I told them no. A friend who knows about A/C came over and within 2 mins after taking off the panel he said, “it’s your capacitor”. He changed it in 2 mins and problem solved! GOETTL is a dishonest company. I cant believe their technicians are trained to be liars! They act nice but they take advantage of people. Stay away! Seriously!

After the initial coil cleaning he asked if I smoked my response was no Then your renters were heavy smokers was his response. He showed me the yellow nicotine on the the other So I had him clean it. I’m sure if he hadn’t told me about that the buildup would have shortened the life of my system

Technician Brennan was extremely knowledgeable as well as pleasant. He was very helpful and answered all of my questions in a professional manner. He completed the task of clearing my kitchen drain in a timely manner. Will definitely use Goettl services in the future.
