We are planning a remodel and requested a quote based on HVAC plans from our architect. Goettel representative came to our house reviewed the plans and provided much appreciated comments on how to better improve the airflow and size the systems. Very knowledgeable and professional!

The technicians were so helpful and efficient! They gave me all the information that I needed and more! First time using Goettl and it was great!

We called to get our toilet checked out and repaired, but Scott went above and beyond to perform a full inspection of our water system and helped us understand where potential issues could come down the road.

He not only restored our toilet to functioning order, diagnosed our
noisy shower, answered other questions I had, but also made us feel fully informed about our house's water system and what we can do to avoid issues in the future.

I wanted 3 under the sink water filters installed, but the hook ups were not compatible. It would have been about $2,400 to change the hook ups to install the filters. I couldn't afford the reverse osmosis they offer either ($1,800). The technician was very polite, professional, and knowledgeable. There was a little confusion with the supervisor about the work and the quote. He could have been nicer. Otherwise, the service was efficient and they responsed quickly with a same day appointment on the weekend.

Jeremy gave the best customer service, explained step by step the process of what he was doing so that it was understandable, and gave me all of my options. He was very professional and would recommend him to anyone.

I had the pleasure of meeting Chris Moore (Technician), he was kind, friendly, knowledgeable, and made me feel great about choosing Goettl! He brought over some merchandise which was definitely a nice gesture.
He was able to unclog a toilet in a matter of minutes. This was a huge relief especially since I spent all morning trying to fix it myself. Also being a Sadie member has giving me piece of mind that I’ll be taken care of in the future. Nothing but 5 stars for Chris and this company.

I made my appointment with Goettl over a month ago for AC maintenance. I took the day off so that I can be at the home with no issues. about 2 hours before my scheduled appointment they sent me a text saying they are too busy and I would need to reschedule.

I called the number to reschedule ant the next available appointment they quoted me was end of July. Are you serious? So basically the person on the phone told me the only people who are getting an appointment now are emergencies.

Goettl spends all of this money of advertisement yet when come time to book it's impossible to get them to your home.

After using a different company, I chose Goettl because of their advertising. The bill was rather on the high side, so I hope I don't need my A/C unit fixed yet again next year. Very professional, very informative.

Hello I just wanted to say that I had Robert and Arturo come to my house and clean my vents and ducts and seal them and they did a wonderful job and I will be asking to request them to come out in the future they did the job great and had great customer service as well and went above and beyond 5 stars
