Great company I highly recommend!! I received 4 quotes from different companies for a Brand-new System to replace my 23-year-old one and I choose this company. The gentleman who came out was very knowable an explained everything in detail. The installers also did a fantastic job they went above and beyond replacing my old copper with high quality grade. Called about A/C not working. Rep came out and informed me my compressor is no good. Gave me a quote for $8,000 for new unit.
Called another A/C company for a second opinion. Replaced the capacitor and is running great for $200. The Air Supply add stated "will check capacitors". I am a senior citizen an disabled Vietnam vet. over 70 years old. I feel like another senior citizen was who was trying to be taken advantage of. I will notify others of my experience.
NOTE: Since posting my review, Air Supply reached out to me with a full refund. I want to thank Air Supply and understand their dedication of customer service. I will offer them bid opportunities should the A/C unit require replacement.

My experience with Air Supply Inc. has been beyond exceptional from beginning to end. I have found everyone at this company to be very helpful, very thorough, and very honest. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need, and will definitely be a return customer myself as long as I am in Las Vegas. 5 stars in an understatement!!!

As a single gal who is admittedly clueless about most home repairs, I am often concerned that my ignorance may be taken advantage of with "up-charges" on services and/or unnecessary expensive repairs. I am so happy to say that this was not at all my experience with Air Supply Inc., but rather I experienced really great work performed by a trustworthy technician with honest advice and recommendations (I even learned a thing or two!) My initial call was directed straight to one of the owners of the company, Isaac. He was extremely patient and helpful in hearing and addressing my concerns, and immediately set up an appointment time for a technician to come to my home. Not only was my appointment confirmed by the office that day, but Adam, my technician, arrived right on time and ready to help (not usually the case in my experience.)

Adam was wonderful! He diligently cleaned out all of the air vents in my house, thoroughly inspected all of the components of my 2 AC units both indoors and outdoors, tuned everything up to get it all up and running strongly and efficiently, and even left the place cleaner than he found it! He explained everything in detail to me and recommended and replaced a minor inexpensive repair that should prevent me from any trouble (or more major expensive repairs) for a long time to come. After Adam had left, Isaac made a follow up call to me to make sure that I was completely satisfied with all the work that had been done- which I definitely was!

Lance @ Air Supply was on time, friendly and thorough. He explained the issues with my unit in terms I was able to understand and gave me a few different repair options. The office was very responsive and I had a formal quote with in the hour!

The technicians from Air Supply Inc were fantastic. I had a great experience with them. They were thorough, honest, helpful in explaining all the options and reasonably priced. One of the best experiences I've had with a servicing company. I will surely use them again for ac repair work.

Air Supply was amazing to work with. They gave me a quote immediately, sent an installer out to check everything in 8 hours and had 2-A/C's installed in my home within 24 hours. They left everything every clean and tidy and the workers were very polite. They also gave me a very competitive price for the units. I was very impressed with the customer service and efficiency of the company. I would highly recommend them to anyone installing A/C's.

We just needed an A/C checkup. My wife made an appointment and Kevin from Air Supply showed up on time. He was great. Very informative and took his time to explain what was needed. Our A/C unit is 8 years old and just needed some regular maintenance. There was no pressure to do anything. He was professional and courteous. I would recommend Air Supply and Kevin to family and friends. They did a great job.

I contacted three contractors to replace my 25 year old heater and air conditioner. I hired Air Supply Heating & Air Conditioning because the salesman who came to my home was, professional and knowledgeable and gave me the best price.
After talking to all three contractors I decided to hire Air Supply.
I am so happy I did because they did a wonderful job. I give a lot of credit to the office staff, Mary and Cheri who stayed in contact with me through-out the job. The technicians who installed the units were professional, knowledgeable and efficient. It took one day for the install. The next day they came back and cleaned the air ducts and the following day they sent a sheet rock contractor over to repair the hole they had to enlarge to the attic access. He was very good also and did excellent work. This was all part of the contract as was pulling the permit from the City/County and scheduling the inspection.
I was so pleased with everything from start to finish. I highly recommend this company.
