On 12/5/2018 the wife called me at work around 8:am and told me the heater isn't working. I googled heating companies and found Air Supply first. The reviews seemed to be in order I did not look at any of these bad reviews most time I do but I was at work and wanted to get the heat on as fast as I could for the wife and kids at home all day. So these guys charge $29 to diagnose the problem I was ok with that.

The wife calls me and explained to me what the guy had told her. We need a new circuit board some installation collapsed on the blower heater causing it to overheat and blow the circuit board. $960 dollars plus the part they dont have and they needed to order it the furnace was 20y old. They also told my wife the problem would follow the new part somehow and would cause the furnace to go out so we should replace it for $4500 and clean the vents for $700 yeah no!

So I had George find out how long the part would take to arrive did not want to keep the family in the cold longer than a day and would call another company if it would take too long. I got no answer after a couple of hours so I left work early to deal with the problem. I called the company when I got home they had no new information this was around 4:30. I asked for a breakdown of parts and labor they refused to give me any of that information or an ETA of the part.

I told them I would wait for the part and called another company while I waited. AC PLUS LLC I talked to someone cant remember his name I told him the issue and he said it would cost $600 and that the circuit boards are universal. The next morning his tech came by and installed a new one in about 35 min. Air Supply called back about noon the next day around four hours after the furnace was fixed and up and running. They informed me they needed half the money to order the part OMG! I CANCELLED THEM

Always get a second opinion and always read the good and bad reviews and way out the differences. In my honest humble opinion these guys are out for your money any way they can get it. They are not interested in making you happy in any way shape or form. They also prey on ignorance. I hope this helps

The receptionist hung up on me and then when I called back she answered and hung up and when I finally got through, they told me the only person that could help is out of the office until July and then hung up on me again. I was disappointed in this service as I've seen some great reviews here I was looking forward to working with you guys.
