It’s was snowing and my heater didn’t work well because I guess it’s was dirty so i looked up and I found Air Supply they was able to come and clean my furnace and my duct and finally I can feel some air. Thank you guys so much you’re awesome!!!

I hired this company to perform an AC tuneup and interior duct cleaning based on an advertisement in Home Magazine. Part of the service, listed on the invoice, was to "hand clean brush and vacuum plenum unit, components, include interior housing". This would be obvious in order to make the system more efficient, as part of the tuneup. As can be seen in the attached photo the fins of the condenser are completely clogged with dirt and bird feathers, and were obviously not cleaned, and I was charged $160.00 for this part of the service. Based on this, I am wondering how well the interior of the ducting was cleaned from the registers back to the units on the roof, that cost an additional $305.00. David and Associate were at my home for 45 minutes for the entire job, so I suppose this short time frame should have triggered a red flag. I sent an e-mail to Mary Dziak (Office Manager) along with this photo asking them to contact me regarding this issue, but did not receive a response. I would be very skeptical when hiring this company.
