Thank you Air Supply Inc! I decided to get bids to replace two complete HVAC systems for my home and after all was said and done; I chose Air Supply Inc to do the job, and I am so happy that I did!

Lance who came out to bid the job was super professional and helpful. I then spoke with David, one of the owners, who answered all my questions and remained available from beginning to end. Jose and Victor who did my installation were also professional, and so quiet! I had to go look to make sure they were still here! Once the installation was complete, one unit was loud, the installers immediately knew I needed some additional ducting (due to my upgrading both units by 0.5 tons). They came back out and like magic, quiet as can be and at no additional charge. Adam came out and did my duct cleaning and installed my lifetime filters, also super professional and pleasant.

I was super nervous about getting this done, but The team at Air Supply Inc made it easy. I totally recommend this company.

My AC started making noise and so I thought I'd get an AC tune up instead of calling my home owners warranty which charges a deductible of $125.

I saw an ad by Air Supply that charged $39 so I called them. I spoke to Danielle who was very nice and told me appointments were running 2 weeks behind but she would see what she could do since it was urgent. She called me back and told me she would send out a tech the next day. Next day came and they sent me a salesman/tech named Ed Rabb who is also a Senior Field Supervisor.

Before I even turned my AC unit on, his first words were that I needed a new unit because mine was too old and my unit uses R22 refrigerant and it's no longer in use. My unit is 12 years old. I then turned on my AC and he heard the noise and he said, for sure I needed a new AC. Then he asked to see my attic, and when he climbed up he said wow! it's a mess up her, you should get the duct work re-done. So I asked how much this would cost, he said for the AC it would be $10,000 and for the duct work it would be $5,000. But if I would do it today he could get me a new AC for $9,200. He told me I could put in on credit and could get me approved asap. I told him I would need to think about it. So I asked him what exactly I was getting for the $39 I was paying. He said I was getting his knowledge. No tune up necessary. He didn't even open up the AC to look inside. I asked for his card and he left.
I then called my home owners warranty, America Home Shield, paid the $125 deductible and they sent someone out the following day. The tech came in, heard the noise and said he knew what my problem was and he had the spare part in his truck. He replaced the part and 30 minutes later the problem was fixed.
This was 4 months ago, my AC got me through the hottest summer we've had in Vegas yet and it's still working great for $125. Had Air supply sent me an honest tech that wasn't focused on making a quick sale instead of having repeat business and replaced the part I needed and not tried to make a quick sale of $15,000, they would have been the first I would have called when my AC does eventually go out. Would I trust anything they have to say now? Not a chance. The only reason I gave them 2 stars is because Danielle was very nice and went out of her way to get someone out asap otherwise they would have gotten a well deserved 1 star.

Air Supply did my A/C tune up last year and Lance did a great job, was professional and personable, and was very informative. The price was great then and I called for this year's service and I got a repeat customer discount and he cleaned the coils with the tune up. Service like this is rare and I would recommend Air Supply and Lance to anyone.

We've used Air Supply Inc for three years now. The tech team installed a new furnace and air conditioning unit for us initially and have serviced both since that time. They are prompt, courteous and very professional. I highly recommend them.

Technician's name was Lance, he was prompt and on-time, gave me estimates on what i needed, his work was also done efficiently.
Customer service was great too!
Returned my call fast and got my AC unit fixed in the same day. The lady over the phone was friendly and actually sounded like she cared about the problems i was having with my AC.
I will be sure to come back to this company in future with any problems I have with my AC or Heating.

We needed someone to replace our outdated AC and furnace system ASAP. We were ready to switch to a higher efficiency system. This guy my husband works with recommended Air Supply Heating and gave us their number. Lance and George came over the weekend, took a look at our system and the work that needed to be done. Soon after we received a quote with a cost break down and timeline, we just went for it. Job well done. I'd recommend George and his team to anyone who wants quality work done at a reasonable price.

I called Air Supply and they came within one hour of my call. Ryan was efficient and courteous and fixed my problem within minutes. He explained future service needs as my system is old, but did not "high pressure" me. The service call was extremely reasonably priced. I was very happy with the service and would definitely use them again!!

I called Air Supply to have my air ducts cleaned. I had some issues with the initial service, but when I called with my concerns they sent head technician Michael and his assistant Nick to resolve the problems. They were incredibly knowledgeable, polite, and more than accommodating. They are truly committed to making sure the customer is completely satisfied. I couldn't be happier with their service and will definitely use them again.

The Best Experience I've EVER had with a contractor. They responded quickly, gave me NO Vacant promises for the work as they needed to inspect my A/C unit to give me a proper estimate. Sadly the A/C unit needed to be replaced and they did it ALL within hours of their visit to my home. The work was fast, the price was better than the other estimates I received and most of all they got the job done quickly! I HIGHLY RECCOMEND Air Supply Heating and Air Conditioning.
