Update to previous review: Mary, Supervisor, called yesterday afternoon to apologize. She explained the situation with the availability of the techs after the holiday weekend but would send someone out in a couple of hours. Ashley called and kept me updated with the status of the tech's ETA. Torry arrived by @ 4 pm. He diagnosed and fixed the problem in a couple of hours. I paid $250 for labor as parts were under warranty, my AC unit is working again. Torry was very professional and friendly. This is what customers expect... courtesy, kindness and respect. Thank you Mary, Ashley and Torry for renewing my faith in Air Supply.

9/6/22 - Caroline called today to reschedule our appt for today (2-6) due to technician was in a car accident. Rescheduled for Thu, 9/8 2-6pm. Seriously, in the Vegas heat, I ask. She says yes, seriously. I asked about another technician and she just repeated herself that the tech was in a car accident and needed to reschedule & that she has 10 other calls to reschedule. I asked to be placed on a wait list for something sooner & again she repeats herself. I tell her I understand the tech is unavailable but don't you have other techs to take the appts? She again repeats herself & asks whether I want to reschedule or not. A little more compassion training is probably needed. Seriously, in the Las Vegas 110+ degree weather, you only have 1 tech? On top of it, I can't call anyone else because that would void my warranty.

I call the office and speak w/Ashley, she says they only have 2 techs for recalls, one on vacation & the one who is now unavailable. I tell her that I work from home and that it is 110+ degrees. She apologizes for the inconvenience but the soonest they have is for Thu (2 days out). I ask about a wait list and she says she can put me on the cancellation list but it's not guaranteed. Caroline could probably use some customer service training from Ashley.

Not sure I can recommend this company being they appear to be very short-handed, especially for emergency calls.

We had a great experience with Air Supply cleaning our ducts and vents. Michael and Joshua were professional and fully explained what they were going to do. They did an excellent job, and we could feel the difference in the air quality as soon as they were done. They did everything they said they were going to do and even replaced our air filters for us. They were great in answering all of our questions. We would highly recommend them and plan on using them again when the need arises.

The technician came out on time and was very cordial. He was very professional and did a great job. The owner of the business reached out as well to make sure everything was taken care of. Would do business again in the future and would recommend for HVAC servicing.

I seriously would not use them. Was supposed to be a clean and tune up for $34.95 . Gets here looks at it and says it's $485. to clean. Then tried to say you need to get a whole new because it's a different type of freon now. Quoting 12K for a new unit. I checked around and and was quoted 6K complete install.

I've updated my review because Air Supply was very responsive and reached out to me regarding my negative review. They sent someone else out to do the AC tune up. Kevin was the tech, he took many pictures of the unit to show me as he discussed my system. Answered all of my questions and provided me with the information that I need to make an informed decision regarding possibly replacing my old unit. I would not hesitate to call them again for any issues that may arise in the future - I would ask for Kevin specifically. They also refunded the money paid from the first appointment although I did not request or expect them to do that.

Our AC went down on Saturday and we've used Air supply at a previous home so we gave them a call on Sunday, got an early appointment the next day! They sent George out to us... what an awesome tech! He quickly diagnosed the problem, a loose wire and got us up and running in minutes! He gave us lots of tips on how to keep our ac running smoothly for the summer. And best part it didn't cost an arm and a leg. We'll be scheduling their duct cleaning next. Thanks George and Air supply!

We just recently moved in to a new house, and the HVAC system was original to the home, built in the early 90’s. Michael and Josh came out to clean the vents, and saw that the fiberglass on the blowers was flaking off which certainly explained my very itchy watery eyes and overall irritation. We decided to get an entirely new system with them after seeing all the good reviews. The install went great, the installers were very professional and courteous, being mindful to keep things as clean as they could.

Turned out one of the systems had a faulty circuit board, and as it is BRAND new, the manufacturer didn’t even have replacement parts yet. We had a couple chilly days for sure while they tried to figure out the issue. The installers ultimately went to the plant, removed a board from another unit, and got it running again just fine. They were definitely committed to getting our heat back on, and we were so appreciative! Would absolutely recommend these guys!!

I had some work done at my mothers home and they sent Adam to do the work. He was wonderful. He explained everything he was doing he cleaned up when he was done. Just a wonderful experience with a very knowledgeable person and a great company.
