We have been in our home for 7 years now and recently have been experiencing issues with only the downstairs zone not getting cool. We scheduled a maintenance call for a technician to take a look and give an assessment. The whole process went well, from scheduling with the front office to the home visit.

Our technician (Robert--great name BTW) showed up on time and prepared. We had a quick discussion about what intermittent issues we had been having and he made his way up to the attic--not the most pleasant place to be in the middle of July in Las Vegas. Turns out we have a failing damper motor. Now in the process of getting that scheduled for replacement. I was impressed with his professionalism and greatly appreciate his expertise.

First time having a company come and perform work on the AC system. Was skeptical at first due to all the mixed reviews I’ve read regarding heating/AC companies. However Black Mountain Air came out, determined the problem and fixed it within 20 minutes.
Definitely recommend them and they will be my go to company for any heating and cooling services.

Robert is always so professional and courteous. Always prompt, they squeezed me in even with full schedule due to rising temperatures lately. Always fast accurate service and never try to sell me things I don’t actually need.

I have been their customer for over 20 years and am thoroughly pleased. They have replace both air conditioners and have done maintenance over the years. They are always courteous, reliable and very friendly.They are my favorite service, I have lived in Vegas for 55 years, they are unbeatable!

Black Mountain Air is by far the best AC service. We had both Michael and Robert do repairs and service on our unit ( which is really old) and they were both great! I have never had an AC company be so completely honest and not try and rip you off. Pricing is great and well below anyone else. I will be recommending them to everyone I know.

From phone call and scheduling to completion of our issue Black Mountain Air was five stars. They were recommended to me by a friend and I will definitely recommend them to all my other friends. Yannick ( technician) was prompt, polite, and worked with an urgency rarely seen. He started diagnostics with what could have been the smallest issue ( wether this was intended to keep our cost down I don’t know, but it had that effect) continuing until he found the problem.
He was straightforward when he did. This is the part that no longer works and this is how much it costs to replace. When his repairs ended the bill was exactly the amount he had stated.
You can definitely trust Black Mountain Air to do a great job for a fair and reasonable price!
