Service was impeccable. They were responsive from the early morning in the middle of one of the hottest days in July and communicated via text for the appointment and when the technician was on his way. Technician knew exactly what he was doing and repaired things in just a few minutes. Extremely happy!

We called on Monday night at 6:50pm. They said the service man will be at our address on Tuesday 11am-2pm. Andrew showed up at our address at 11am. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and courteous. Our air conditioning was back on at 11:45am. Black Mountain Air has fair prices and great service. Black Mountain Air is going to be our go to company moving forward.

When my AC stopped blowing around 8PM in the middle of a Las Vegas heat wave, Black Mountain Air responded quickly and had the system up and running within 16 hours. I scheduled the appointment online, and the repairman arrived a few minutes early the next morning. The problem was quickly diagnosed, everything was clearly explained, and the price was fair. I highly recommend Black Mountain Air.
