Black Mountain Air was referred to me by a family friend. I read many of the reviews online which were also very positive. Long story short, I contacted 5 companies for an estimate on on installation for an HVAC replacement in my home. From start to finish they were professional, on time for appointments, willing to answer questions, etc. The varying range of install prices that I was quoted are crazy. Black Mountain had the best price with similar warranties and products. The install guys were friendly, answered any additional questions, and cleaned up before leaving. I would definitely recommend!

This company hands down has always been amazing with us. One summer it was really hot and our ac went out on a Saturday bi told them it was too hot for my baby. They were at my house in an hour the guy looked at my husky and said that's your baby? I said yes lol he didn't't mind and we have used them ever since. It's been 8 years. Great customer service if you ask me
