I was pressed for time on this job and Michael apparently made a schedule adjustment in order to accommodate me. Michael actually arrived early. Michael was very knowledgeable, efficient, and was extremely nice. I called to make my appointment on short notice as our heating system upstairs had failed the previous evening. They were really great at getting me scheduled and I have to say that their pricing is very reasonable. I highly recommend this company.

Paid $453 for broken igniter. That part is probably $30. Invoice is not completely itemized. $60 to show up in addition to cost of repair. My fault for not shopping and it would be professional for them to quote an estimate..check other HVAC companies before calling them.

Your reply is comical at best. You followed up with me regarding whether your tech provided an estimate. I told you he did not and I did not hear from you again.

In terms of pricing, consumers prefer open transparent pricing with line items. Your in house formula therefore, does not meet that standard. Broken igniter which is $37 and less than one hour on premises. Healthy per hour rate! Estimate was not provided.

We Love Black Mtn Air. Yannick. Is the guy he is always on time and smiling. He gets right to work. And always tidys up when down I love that he always puts my sprinkler nozzle back on my hose after he uses it.

Black Mountain was recommended to me by my mother and a friend who had already had them come out to their houses. I was able to set up an appointment very easily online with a window frame of two hours. They were here at the beginning of the time frame and sent a text message to let me know they were on their way. Our technician, Andrew, was extremely helpful and courteous. He was able to pinpoint the problem and begin the repairs immediately. I would highly recommend the company.

Black Mountain Air has always provided us with exceptional quality products and service. They worked with us on pricing as well, and I am more than pleased with today's replacement of our A/C and Heating system. Michael and Tyler are to be commended on this immaculate installation. Andrew was amazing! Super knowledgeable and explained everything thoroughly. He showed me the issues so I knew he wasn't making anything up. He trimmed my grass away from the condensing unit since it was suffocating the condenser. He spent the time and explained the changes coming to the industry in NV with the new laws so I could make an educated decision on a new unit. Super impressed. Others I know have used Black Mountain Air and all have had the same experience. Money well spent.

Michael and Brandon are extremely pleasant and professional workers who took care of my maintenance problems at a very fair cost. They were patient, explained everything to me and did a great job. I would highly recommend them.

The technician was on time and very professional. His maintenance work was very thorough and he identified deteriorating motor start capacitors and likely prevented a system failure down the road.
