AC Tech Yannick arrived shortly before scheduled window after texting he was a little early and on the way. Maintenace/inspection services seemed to go efficiently, and Yannick went over the results with me before finishing up. I have relied on Black Mountain Air for the past 16 years and have never been disappointed.

I can't recommend Black Mountain Air enough! They are reliable and trustworthy. I have them out regularly every 6 months for a few years now to check my a/c or heating system. Always professional and I never feel like anything they're saying I need done isn't necessary. They aren't pushy, always friendly and have great communication. They are the best!!

Black Mountain Air is a top notch company. We recently had a complete heating and air conditioning system replaced consisting of two five ton 13.8 SEER units. They have an expert crew who are friendly, knowledgeable, and thoroughly trained in their profession. The installers were extremely respectful of us and our home and we recommend to anyone with HVAC needs.

Quick appt setting. Employees are great to deal with and the office person (didn't catch her name) is pleseant to deal with. Best thing they will text as well as call which is a huge plus when you don't like talking on the phone

The Black Mountain team was great to work with. Starting with a friendly, competent HUMAN answering the phone to speak with me.
The first appointment was booked for less than two hours after I called - and the technician arrived on time. After several attempts at repair, it was determiend that we needed a replacement A/C unit. It was 107 degrees with more heat coming so we needed to act quickly. We were provied with 3 quotes. The installation appointment was the next morning. The team arrived on time, and were courteous and respectful of our home (and our dog). They placed drop sheets throughout the house to trap any dirt from the removal of the old equipment.They worked throughtout the day (and the heat) to remove and replace the equipment. The heat in the attic was oppresive. The team took one short lunch break (informing me of their planned return time) and by late afternnoon, we had A/C running. I highly recommend Black Mountain.

Black Mountain Air installed a new furnace and A/C system for us. They were professional, always on time, and all around good people. Never felt pressured to purchase and finished the project in a timely manner.
