Have used Black Mountain Air for the last 12 years twice a year for my spring and fall tune ups. As well as any needed repairs.Everyone from Todd the owner and Rhiannon in the office to the technicians in the field are outstanding. Would not hesitate to Recommend these professionals and their knowledge. They are local and live in our community. We bought a new unit in May and are more than satisfied they stand behind all their services. I still do my twice a year maintenance even with the new unit. If you are on the fence about a new HVAC system or any repairs Large or small look no further than Black Mountain Air. A special Thank you to Andrew who was my technician today. 10 stars give them a try you will not be disappointed.

July in Vegas must be a nightmare for AC repair companies. I called 4 places and was put on emergency lists. Same with Black Mountain Air and they managed to squeeze us in on the same day while others were 3-4 days off. Yannick showed up with a smile and was quick to diagnose the problem. Within 20 minutes our unit was up and running again, blowing cold air.
I paid using GPay and there was an option to tip the service tech which I did. I hope these guys out on the front line doing the hard work actually get that tip money and that it doesn't just go to the company bottom line. Otherwise I would have given him a cash tip.

Black Mountain Air continues to give great service. I was having some more problem with my AC unit and Yannick came out again. He spent almost 2hrs trouble shooting and fixing the issue.
