I have NEVER had such great customer service and I was a vice president of a corporation....Jared was...THEEEEE MAN....HARDEST WORKING AND SOOO PROFESSIONAL AND TREATED YOU LIKE YOU WERE Important!!!!! ID HIRE THEM IN A HEARTBEAT AGAIN AND ABSOLUTELY HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!!!!!!

AC went out on a 95 degree day. Warranty company said two week wait. Called A1 and tech on site in an hour or so. Scott Wisniewki was servicing tech and absolutely ran the most rapid and comprehensive trouble shoot I have ever seen. Had the system cooling again in 30 minutes and that's with at least 3 trips in and out and up and down the stairs. Excellent work, as always, from our go-to HVAC team. Well done A1 and an epic well done to Scott. Very much appreciate the professional work!!!!

I love the customer care given by Ben and the team. They never missed a beat and Ben was always responsive to my questions, even at outside of normal business hours. Grant and Zander arrived right on time and took care of everything. They even bolted down some loose A/C tubing. I'd go with them again for other services. Awesome experience!

Recently moved and needed a new AC and Furnace in the new house. Used A-1 on a replacement AC/Furnace at my previous home. I called A-1 first. Had a cup of coffee with Ben, the System Design Specialist, talked through the options and ordered/scheduled installation of the new AC and furnace. Install team arrived on-time and did a great job. Only place I will call. Great Service, value and support. Thanks A-1!

I got my installation today, and i was really happy whit the good service and knowledge system, they explain and review all the details whit me, Paul and Zander work and every detail to provide a good job. Totally recommend A-1 united !!

If you have A/C issues call the folks over at A-1. Ive used them for five years and could nit be more pleased with their honesty, integrity and service.

AC went out last night and today by 1pm I was back up and running with the house cooling off. Jim was my technician and he took some extra time to answer a few questions and give pointers on general upkeep. He was on time and courteous and would have him back at my home any time. Price for the fix was very reasonable and additional tests done to make sure all systems worked correctly.

Overall A1 has done a great job for our family and I am sure they would for your
Family.

I was greatly appreciative of the fast response and service after contacting A1 United. I spoke with Benny and he was quickly able to direct me to the service and request I needed to make. Which in turn allowed them to be ready to resolve my issue with my Ac service. Not only did they get a service technician to me the same day as call but was professional personable and treated me as a valued customer only being my first time using their services.
