A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical

This past weekend when the temperature reached 100 degrees our AC stopped working while we were out of town. We came home on Sunday night to a house that was 82 degrees. I called the emergency phone line and left a message. Jim called me back within a few minutes and advised us what we could do to get our AC up and running. It worked! Jim called us back to check up on us and took the time to explain that it would take a while for our house to cool off. Monday morning, I received a call from the receptionist who was checking up on us again to make sure our AC was okay. We are so thankful to A-1 and their amazing staff. Because of our experience, we are customers for life!

My AC went out on the first couple of hot days. I was worried about getting a new one in on time before the next heat wave. A-1 was able to get is scheduled quicker and cheaper than any the other companies we called. Austin C. was on time and quick. He did an amazing job. He even cleaned up after everything before leaving. Would 100% recommend to a friend.

I am so glad that I chose A-1 to replace my old furnace and air conditioner. Grant and Nicole did an absolutely outstanding job, and we couldn't be happier. I did HVAC work myself in Arizona for 15 years until a heart attack forced me to retire. I have always been very particular on how things are done, and I couldn't have done better myself. I initially contacted another company listed on the Lennox website, told them I was replacing Lennox, and that my desire was to stay with Lennox. I was surprised when I got the quote (good/better/best) all 3 we're Comfortmaker systems, not Lennox. Ben Micek with A-1 United Heating, Air & Electrical listened and gave me exactly what I wanted at a good price. Everyone was courteous, knowledgeable and did a complete professional install. If you want it done right, I highly recommend A-1 United.

Needed a full new HVAC system. I contacted A1 via their website. Ben reached out to me the next morning to schedule a consultation. He came to the house and truly listened to me and what I wanted for my system. He then gave me a quote with several options of sytems to choose from that fit my criteri, the price breakdowns, and all of the payment/financing options. He was very thorough in his explanations and gave really great advice. He gave me his phone number to text him if I needed anything. After deciding to go with A1 I contacted Ben and told him which option I had chosen. He scheduled the install the next week. He was in contact with me the day prior to let me know what installers needed of me. The installers Chris and Jake were on time and polite. They gave me a brief rundown of what they were going to do, how long it was going to take, and made sure we were all on the same page. Their install was awesome!!! It was efficient, quiet, cleanly, and very skillful. It was completed slightly faster than what they had told me. They made sure I was happy with it, explained the new system to me, made sure it was working perfectly, and completely cleaned up after themselves. Ben was then in contact with me again to schedule the 2 week system follow up and tell me that he was filing all of the permits and paperwork for the warranty and any and all rebates. He also has checked in several times to make sure everything is and continues to be to my satisfaction. All around an amazing experience. It is always tough making these big house purchases but they were very reasonably priced and provided incredible service in every aspect of the process. 100% would recommend A1 United to anyone in need of HVAC install or repair.

I called during the hottest week of the year after our AC failed. I spoke with Jim and he referred me to Jackie. Jackie had a technician scheduled to come out with 48 hours. Kevin showed up and promptly diagnosed the problem. He had the parts and repaired the unit while he was here. Kevin explained what he was doing and cleared everything with me prior to doing anything. I am very happy with the prompt attention from Jim, Jackie and Kevin. I highly recommend A1!

We want to recognize everyone involved at A-1 for a recent HVAC replacement service from Norm, the tech who diagnosed our cooling problem, Ben, a savvy but not pushy salesman, to finally Grant and Brayden, hard working and expert installers. We have rental properties and installed three a/c units from A-1 in the last 3 years and we would go back to them again. For our personal residence, we were debating on whether getting a heat pump or AC unit, Ben was very knowledgable about units and helped us make our decision. He is very responsive and available via text or email. He answered our texts after hours! Grant and Zander were our installers and after they installed the unit itself we ran into a problem which was caused by our Nest thermostat. They let us borrow one of the old thermostats they had on hand so we can get cool air on 100F day while we were charging our Nest.

Everyone at A-1 United was professional, personable, and eager to satisfy the customer . Our great experience started with Ben Micek. He took the time to explain our options. He was very helpful in selecting the equipment that was best for us. Next we had great installers, Austin and Avery. They really knew their jobs well, and did not seem to mind my husband watching them! Chris showed up today for the final inspection, and everything was working perfectly. I would recommend this company to all my friends and family.

I was put in touch with Ben Micek and after asking me a few questions I informed him I was moving in 10 days. He said it may be in my best interest to see if it’s repairable since I will no longer be living here. I talked with Jackie on the phone and she was great in getting me scheduled and take care of. Graeme the Technican quickly diagnosed my issue and had me up and running and completed full due diligence to make sure the unit was properly functioning.
