Grant and Brayden were very professional. They informed us when they would arrive. They arrived promptly and we were given a timeline for completion. Both took great care when installing the HVAC system. They even cleaned up after all was finished. A-1 has a top notch team. I would highly recommend them!

Chris and Brayden did a great job. Showed up when they said they would and installed a new furnace quickly and professionally. Gave me a very accurate time estimate and left the space clean afterward. All in all A1 has been easy to work with throughout the entire process and I do not regret working with them.

A1 United has been a blessing to work with since our furnace started having multiple problems in the winter of 21-22. After multiple visits from A1 for repairs, it was recommended that our old system be replaced before this winter. The staff has taken care of us through the whole process. Jackie was always a delight to talk to on the phone when setting up appointments or making payments. Our salesman Jim was very helpful in explaining our replacement options. The technician for our full system replacement was Neal who went above and beyond in his quality of work. Now that we have had a chance to use both the AC and furnace we know made the right decision in choosing A1 and would highly recommend them to others.

Reached out to A1 for a humidifier install and they were great! The salesman was prompt and amazing to speak with. Got us on the schedule very quickly. Grant, the installer, was on time, friendly and took the time to walk me through every step of using our humidifier. Definitely recommend them and will be using them for our future HVAC needs!

Everything at A1 was very professional. The cost of our HVAC system was easy to understand. Once we made our decision, the scheduling for installation was done quickly. The installers shared all important information with me. The follow up visit was done in a timely manner. We are very happy with our new system. The fan in the furnace is very quiet, we look forward to lower utility bills starting this winter.
