Ben with A1 United and his team are just the most reliable and professional team you want to work with. Our AC stopped working early June during one of those 110 degree weekends. I actually called Air Serv Elkhorn first, the guy came out, told me I had a bad AC compressor, then want 4000 dollars to replace that one part. When the AC is almost 20 years old, repair cost around 4000 is just not a good choice. So I checked on Costco AC options and Ben with A1 United came the second day to provide a free estimate. Ben is so knowledgeable and down to earth. He provided me different model information, compared which option would be good for our house size. He explained how AC works, and what factors to consider when choose one. He even offered some maintenance tips.
When the day of installation comes, their team is so efficient and respectful.
Now I have a new AC that does not make that much noise and I know who to call when there is anything wrong, because A1 United provides 10 years warranty. I would definitely trust them on any HAVC related issues!

I had A1 replace my hvav at the beginning of January they did an amazing job with install the installers we're very professional could not of asked for better then the floods of 2019 came and filled my basement to the rafters they were one of my first calls after I got back in my home they sent a guy out the very next day to inspect the unit unfortunately I it was a total loss but I know they will do just as good of an install this time Thank You all at A1

Responsive, professional, and effective. On a cold day with my child home the heat went out. Within the hour Benny and staff had Graeme at my house to service. Diagnosed the problem quickly and provided quick, easy, and reasonable solution. Gave advice on how to prevent from happening again.

A1 United installed our heating and cooling systems in our new home about 2.5 years ago. Before we moved in Black Hills could not turn on the gas as some fittings had not been tightened by the A1 installer. Now part of our cooling system is leaking Freon, or the system was not installed with enough Freon. A1 United could not take ownership of our system not having enough Freon and would not cover the cost for repair. This company likes to advertise a 5 year warranty, but it doesn't cover their inadequate installation standards.

Installed a new furnace and A/C. The installers, Neil, Jake and the electrician Shawn we’re professional, friendly and respectful of my home. I would welcome them back and gladly recommend them to anyone.

Our air conditioner stopped working and Rick came out to look at it. He was super! Told us what was wrong and gave a recommendation to replace our 5year old unit! He was knowledgeable and kind!
Shortly thereafter Jim came out and gave us options! Jim was great and very informative and got us taken care of quickly! Thanks to both guys! Now we wait for install!
