I cannot stress enough the difference in customer satisfaction when you know who you are dealing with anytime you have an issue or service call. Just consider all the advertising expenses and shiny new vehicles the larger HVAC companies pay for in order to blast their name out there - that cost is passed on to you as the customer either in extra fees or up-sells. In my experience, the service you get with small or independent operators is much more personal, and more reliable when you need them most, and my experience with Jerry has been no different. I'm happy to have found him, and will not hesitate to recommend Atlas to anyone.

Jerry seemed nice, but he kept pushing coming out (to offer an estimate) back each week, and wasn't able to provide us with a specific date/time for an appointment. He finally said he was coming out today (which I called and "scheduled" several days ago), and then just texted to again say: maybe NEXT week. Seems to be a company that plays it "by ear" and sets the schedule of the day each morning - which might be fine if he's not too busy, but after 3 weeks of being told to call back NEXT week we finally had to just go with someone else.

Jerry Ryan, the owner of Atlas Heating and Air is truly dedicated to customer service. I have used his services for two years now (spring and fall service) and just recently had to replace my AC and furnace. He is totally honest and trustworthy and advises you based on his experience of many, many years. He does everything in his power to keep your AC/Furnace up and running!
