A+ all around. Great work and a fair price. Ben Micek is a total pro. Jackie did a great job communicating leading up to the service trip. The technician Rick was experienced, professional and talked me through the process as he inspected our unit. He gave helpful recommendations and inquired several times if I had any questions as he was happy to help any way he could. We're hoping it will be a while before we have to call them again but when that day comes we know that it will be A-1. Thank you Ben, Jackie and Rick!!

Our experience with A-1 was great! From our initial quote meeting with Ben M. , to the day of installation with Grant and Miguel. Ben was very informative and thorough during the quote and explanation of services portion. Grant and Miguel were early for their scheduled install time, and took the time to explain everything they were doing during the install. On top of the great service, A-1 was far and away the best quote we received for our new AC unit. The attention to detail and professionalism was the best part of our experience, compared to other companies who came out to give us a bid. We are very pleased with the install and overall service, and highly recommend them.

I called and scheduled a maintainance for the furnace. They sent out Mark Conner (A1 United Tech) about two weeks later. Mark was friendly and knowledgeable. He got right to work and explained the process thoroughly. I asked labout the furnace humidifier and for a fee he added that inspection for me. Mark took out many parts of my furnace, inspected and cleaned them. Then after reassembling it, Mark double checked everything worked as it should. Mark was up-front with the cost for the service and he explained what to expect for the Spring maintenance of the air-conditioning system. Mark also answered questions for duct cleaning and provided me with coupon to save 25 dollars off the cleaning service. Really happy with the scheduling and Marks quality service. Thanks!!!

We used A-1 to fix our shop heater when it was like 500 degrees below zero in the middle of the night. The tech found out it was ice buildup on some little vent by the meter. Great job and thank you

I thought of A1 first when I needed a new system, but contacted 8 other companies for bids and suggestions. I had estimates from 7 other companies with 5 different brands. It took me longer to wade through all the information than I expected, but Jim F was very patient with my questions and was very clear on what was possible verses what he recommended. His advice was greatly appreciated. When I did make our decision, he was able to make arrangements quickly and clearly. When installation time came, Chris B and Jacob A were prompt, kind, and detail oriented. I was very comfortable with them in our home. A few others came in whose name I don't remember, but absolutely everyone was professional and a joy to work with. Installing a complete new system was nerve-wracking, but this team made it easy. I definitely will recommend A-1 United to anyone for any service.

A-1 personnel were extremely professional. Also, they were timely, courteous, and efficient, trying to not inconvenience my family more than necessary.

Chris, Austin and Bradey did a great job at our house. Replaced our AC and HVAC in one day. They cleaned up after themselves and answered all of our questions.

I had trouble with my AC unit and I called United A1. Ben Micek went to the house, inspected the unit, and had me completely taken care of within about a weeks time - even in the heat of the summer when they were really busy. He also included a special and had a new furnace installed at the same time! The level of customer service was more than outstanding. Installers Chris and Jacob nailed the install with ZERO issues. The new units were installed exactly on the scheduled date and time and Chris and Jacob provided excellent service. I couldn't be happier with this purchase. I feel really well taken care of! Great Job Ben, Chris and Jacob! I will recommend you all for years to come.
